I fixed it.

My set up is virtually all Corsair, K95 Keyboard Memory PSU All my fans Case Corsair Hydro series Everything worked great until recently. I think it was upgrade. I pretty much stuck with murals for literally months. Absolutely ZERO issues. Now, after the update to 5, my K95 won't sync with the rest of the gear. It's like it's one color behind. Example. I have a ALL WHITE color. I click on that everything but the keyboard goes white. I click on BLUE. Everything goes blue but the keyboard goes WHITE. I click on red and everything but the keyboard goes red and they keyboard goes blue. What happened? I didn't change ANYTHING. I just upgraded the software. I read somewhere that someone had to uninstall 5 and reinstall 4.33.138. I tried that. No luck. I guess they had to try it 4 times before it would take. I'll try that eventually but was hoping it was a simple fix before I try to uninstall & reinstall so many times. Thanks!!

I'm using iCue software v3.37.140 and trying to do something as simple as a SHIFT + A as a macro test. I've tried both MACROS and KEYSTROKE to do this. I then assign a G key to the macro. We'll use G6 as my example. I then go to "Onboard Profiles" and click on one of my 3 onboard profiles. I've tried both CLEAR -> OVERWRITE and SAVE on an empty profile. NOTE: Inside the "Hardware Actions" section when I do this, a yellow exclamation at the bottom says, "Hardware Actions need to be saved to the device and are active when iCUE is not running." I go to NOTEPAD and press the corresponding hotkey (G6) and nothing happens. Things I've tried to fix this: 1. Repair the iCUE software. 2. Unplugged\replugged in my K95 usb plugs. 3. Googled the hell out of how to fix this. I read a lot about this being an issue. IS IT? These keyboards aren't cheap and you would think they would package it with good software. Are there any solutions to this issue? Anything from Corsair? Screenshot of what my Hardware profile screen looks like is attached.

:!::!::!::!::!::!::!::!::!::!::!::!: Okay...after much testing, clicking about, rebooting and everything else I got mine to finally work. What I did is in the Wallpaper Engine software --> Settings --> Plugins, UNCHECK "Enable Scene effects"...as soon as I did that, everything started working. If I click it back on, it stops. I too seem to have this problem. I just installed wallpaper engine, so I know it's up to date. Checked my iCUE software, it's up to date. Enabled the "Corsair Collection" wallpaper, chose the vengeance memory & BOOM...it changed the screen colors and followed suit with my keyboard, cooling unit, memory sticks, and my 465x case. Worked right out of the game like a champ! I made a couple of changes, just to see what wallpaper engine could do and next thing I know, the iCUE stopped working all together with the WE (wallpaper engine). WP was fine, could change things but it seemed to lose connectivity to iCUE. I checked that "Enable SDK" and "Enable Plugins" and both are enabled. Even flipped them off, REstarted, flipped them back on, restarted...nothing. Checked WP the settings for iCUE are all on. I even reset them & restarted and still nothing. I don't want to have to uninstall\reinstall because I'm not sold that will fix it. Is there anything else we can try to get this fixed? I'm still plugging away at it. If I get it to work again, I'll let you know what I did. Thanks hope to hear from someone soon.

Absolutely brand new build. Corsair galore in this rig! Loving it! 2 questions: 1. I have 4 x 8gb Vengeance RGP Pro DDR4 3200 memory in there. They are all showing up, in the BIOS (ASUS x570 Prime-Pro mobo) as 2199 vs 3200. Why is that? I'm concurrently checking on ASUS' page too. Thought I'd check here too. 2. iCUE is showing the memory "out of order" it appears. In the software: If I click the 1st one, the third one lights up. If I click 2nd one, the first one lights up. If I click the 3rd one, the fourth one lights up. If I click the 4th one, the second one lights up. I can post a screenshot if my explanation is confusing. Is there a way to fix this without rearranging the memory? I'm honestly not sure if that will even fix it. Thanks all!!
