  1. I ran into some trouble while building a PC with the Corsair Crystal 680X back in December, the problem being that the GPU won't fit in a brand new Corsair Crystal 680X case. Specs were the following: Case: Corsair Crystal 680X Motherboard: Crosshair VIII Hero GPUs I tried installing: - Asus GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB STRIX GAMING OC Video Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Superclocked - MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G Consider the following pictures (the insert picture thing wasn't working, so here's the links): https://ibb.co/3BzdS2b https://ibb.co/dcvBcw2 https://ibb.co/0yLZLSP https://ibb.co/TYKd0G3 https://ibb.co/z69mg3G Even though I tried with 3 different GPU's, installed the motherboard several times, I wasn't able to screw the GPU into the slot. I also removed the "Supreme FX" cover on the motherboard, but It wasn't going to help since it wasn't even touching the GPU. I kind of gave up and built my PC using a very old case (a white 760T). I never understood what the issue was, my best guess is that the motherboard standoffs were too short and therefore, the motherboard wasn't tall enough so that the GPU could fit in. Sadly, I don't have all the pieces that were included in the case so I can't return it anymore. I understand that I won't be able to RMA the case. So, the purpose of this post is just to know let people know about my issue, and maybe, just maybe if there's a workaround I can still try.
  2. Consider the picture, the Ryzen 3800X sensor indicates that the CPU temperature is around 50C to 60C, while the H100i Platinum SE indicates somewhere between 34C to 35C. At least to my knowledge 50C on idle is high; however, I've heard about motherboard sensors showing inaccurate readings so I just won't blame it all on the cooler. Is this normal behavior? Thanks in advance.
  3. I'm having the exact same issue, so far there's no fix for it. I also experience very inconsistent battery hours.
  4. I left my Corsair Virtuoso SE plugged in overnight and when I turned it on this morning, it indicated that it had critical battery (notification sounds and red LED). Then I proceeded to use the headset in USB mode for around 2 - 3 hours and decided to use it in wireless mode again and, in 5 minutes, the headset indicated again that it had low battery. Apart from what just happened today, the battery life of the headset is lackluster at best, with luck I get 4 hours of battery life compared to the advertised 20. I have already made sure that I'm running the latest iCUE version and headset / dongle firmware versions. Apart from RMA, is there a solution for this problem? EDIT: I'm using my headset in wireless mode in a computer that has iCUE installed, led turned green and battery status in the Software is "high". I am measuring how many hours the battery will last, I will update later with more details.
