Yea I turned LED to the lowest settings and turn off MIC led. Getting around 12 hours now until critical.

They are all like that. My second unit did the same and my friends also.

I can confirm that the switch is loose.

I did charge with a powerbank also, and a wall charger. Same thing. Although i did manage to get more battery time by adjusting LED to 20%.

Hello. So I bought a new pair today. Charged it up for 2 hours until steady green. After 5 hours it now says battery critical??? Wtf is going on. I play at volume 80 ish and led 100%. Do i really need to play at 10% volume and no LED before it can last MINIMUM 10 hours? Any ideas before im going insane?

Hello, I got a message that my battery was at Critical today after 4 hours of use. I did of course charge the headset fully until Steady Green LED. Anyone have the same experience?

Hello, I received my headset yesterday. Fantastic headset so far. I do have one question. When reading user Manual, it says that when the headset is fully charged, the led on headset will turn steady green. After a whole night charging it, it still pulses green. Do I have a faulty headset or is this a firmware related issue? Best regards UPDATE Funny enough after 5min posting this thread, it now turns steady green after more than 10 hours of charging. SECOND UPDATE: After 4 hours of use i know get Battery life: Critical. What to do?
