  1. I'm down to maybe 6-8 hours of use on my K63 before the power light turns red and I have to charge it again. Now let's say someone is handy with screwdrivers and opening tools and things like that... does anyone know if the battery is permanently affixed or if it could theoretically be replaced?
  2. Is anyone (officially or unofficially) working on a Python module for the SDK? I speak fluent Python, but my C++ is mediocre at best.
  3. Hi. I'm trying to configure a brand-new system after my laptop kicked it yesterday morning. I have the combo of the K63 wireless keyboard with the lapboard, and a wireless Ironclaw to go with it. I've gotten the keyboard connected wirelessly with no problem (typing on it now), but the mouse will not link. I think I messed things up by plugging the mouse in with a USB cable... so now the system is "ignoring" the wireless pairing? Is there some way to revert that and start over? Also, isn't there some sync routine where you switch on the mouse to 2.4Ghz mode while holding one of the buttons? Or is that a different model? I'm confused, and frankly, the documentation stinks. Any help, fellow users? Thanks.
  4. I got the answer, and it's a simple one: "It just don't work that way." It's annoying, but iCue simply does not work over Bluetooth. I don't know why, but it just doesn't. In order set up profiles, lighting schemes, etc., you HAVE to be connected via USB cable or the USB dongle. Bluetooth just isn't an option. Sorry, man.
  5. I've got a Harpoon RGB to go with my K63. It's a mild annoyance that I need two dongles. My Bluetooth is oddly flaky with the Corsair products, so I use the dongles. I'd be willing to upgrade to a bigger, badder mouse if there's one that shares the K63 dongle. If not, then the gods did not deem it so. But I'd like to find out - if anyone knows. Thanks!
  6. This is making me nuts. I can't get either of my Corsair products to connect to my Win10 laptop over Bluetooth. The only way I can use them is with the USB dongles (don't get me started on one dongle per device...) I can connect other devices over BT - Xbox One controller, various headphones, a Wacom tablet - but neither of these Corsair devices. When I go to "Add Bluetooth Device", Windows will at least see the Harpoon mouse, but it just keeps loping back to "Try connecting again". It won't see the keyboard at all. I know the keyboard and button presses, but they simply don't work. I've got 2 of my 3 USB ports tied up with Corsair dongles... it'd be really nice to free them up. Does anyone have any suggestions or guesses? Thanks in advance.
  7. Hi all. Corsair peripherals newbie here. I just got a K63 keyboard and this Harpoon RGB Wireless to go with it. When the mouse is plugged in, I can use iCue to set the logo color to what I want: a solid blue to match the keyboard. But as soon as I unplug it and use it via Bluetooth, the Corsair logo goes back to rainbow color cycling. And over Bluetooth, I can't change the iCue settings. What gives? How do I set a solid color in Bluetooth mode?
