  1. I installed iCue v5 via app update from v4.3.6. While the post install pop-up indicated that installation was successful, iCue does not start up--even after attempting to repair via Settings->Installed Apps. The Event Viewer reveals an issue with the 'EqualizerPresetsManager.dll' module (see below). I deleted the module and re-ran the iCue repair via Settings->Installed Apps, but to no avail--the repair replaced the module, which still produces the same error message. Please help. 2. The quick repair worked. Thanks a bunch.
  3. Thanks for your reply C-Attack. I just wanted to mention also that the existing saved profile switching assignment seems to only work with the former mouse (i.e. M65 RGB Elite) for pre-existing assignments to an existing profile; but If I re-assign the same saved profile switching option (even to the same key selection) in the same existing profile to the Elite, the switching will no longer function. I checked and it is missing for the KB as well. I tried rebooting the PC and removing/restarting iCue and Corsair services, but to no avail! I will try to re-install iCue after backing up the current settings--but I am not holding my breath.
  4. When attempting to add new, or update an existing, device's (e.g. M65 RGB Ultra) Profile to include Profile Switching, I noticed that the Profile Switching section is missing entirely when you click on 'Profile Switching' option in the 'Assignment Type' section.
  5. Sigh! That's disappointing. I guess I thought the export/import process would be smart enough to figure out how to apply key assignments at the very least--given the XML-like structure of the .cueprofile file. The lighting itself is not an issue as the system profiles sync up automagically. Thanks you c-attack.
  6. My current M65 RGB Elite mouse broke so I bought a M65 RGB Ultra mouse to replace it. But for the life of me I cannot get to export/import option to work. The system just keeps importing into new profile folder and not into the mouse for whose profile I have selected. Please help.
  7. In the latest iCue (version 4.13.223 at the time of this writing), I wish there should be a way to add new devices to all existing 'Lighting Links' at the click of a button (or automatically) without having to delete and re-add to each and every profile--of which I have many. This is very annoying since I just got through several profiles after adding two more Corsair Vengeance memory cards; and then recently bought three more SP 120 RGB fans, requiring using the included Lighting Node Core module, and have to go through similar process all over again. At the very least I wish there was an option to choose an "existing lighting link" in the devices 'Lighting Link' drop down menu under 'Lighting Effects'.

  9. Okay, I got to work using a workaround solution (as this is a problem between iCue and Win 10): 1. In the 'Settings' | 'iCue Settings' | 'General' tab... deselect/un-check the "Start on system startup" option. 2. Restart Windows 3. Wait for all background apps to start--for good measure 4. Start iCue manually. Your macros should now work. I can't remember the exact issue between Windows 10 and latest iCue versions; but this solution works for me. Just have to remember to start iCue manually.
  10. SIGH! I finally getting it to work last fall. And suddenly, for no reason, last week my K95 RGB Platinum keyboard stopped being recognized. So, I gave the latest update a chance (v3.31.81). Big mistake! Now, although my keyboard is now recognized, I'm back to ground zero with the 'Action' macros bound to my M65 RGB Elite mouse no longer working again. Makes playing TF2 extremely difficult as I am tuned to being able to quickly change weapons.
