  1. 1. you don't want them light up all the time. the bulb will eventually weaken. 2. I just prefer it on at night like a responsible adult so say I only want them light up from 6pm to 6am or depending on daylight savings. if this is already implemented in win10 or 11 (im using win8.1) please disregard.
  2. my scroll wheel is kinda wonky and I need to clean the insides of the mouse. I've removed the first 3 screws followed by another 2 at the bottom but after that I can't see any more to remove.
  3. I use the sniper button a lot as I bound that button as enter key. for dota1. the button has started to either double-press on one press or it doesn't press. sometimes, of course.
  4. I have my really really old and used up (because it's that good) m95 and void wireless headset. worn and torn quite literally into shreds. way out of warranty of course. but if there's any way I could refurbish these (of course I'd pay) then please let me know how.
  5. sometimes when I scroll up the thing will fight against me and scroll down for no reason... until I found the culprit. the insides are so dirty but how do I open this thing? I see 4 unusual screws but... actually what is this screw?
  6. it can't stay wireless for more than 10 minutes even though I go wired mode for over 3 hours. so yeah battery is probably dead my question then is how to warranty this. I bought this on my local store (with receipt) in mar 17, 2019. can I still claim warranty and how? I'm from Philippines p/n ch-9315111 s/n 007118507343
  7. I have both void wireless headset and dark core se mouse. the basics are running fine with iCUE but the features are so barebones. some suggestions 1. I can't seem to find a way to sync the rgb for both devices. for example if I set both to rainbow colors are not synced or I can't find a way for it. 2. my personal request: make it light only at night. because using it at daytime is, you know, useless? or even better, if I could just set the time in CUE when will the lights go on or off. 3. both my devices are wireless and I'd wish for the two devices to connect on one dongle.
  8. scheduled on/off LED I'd mostly want it on at night and off at day. or if I can manipulate it via the clock... for example, I'd want CUE to only light up the LEDs from 18:00 to 06:00.
