I have the Corsair Samurai mouse and am have all kind of problems performing drag and drops in soft and highlighting, copying and pasting text. Trying to grab a file from explorer and drop it into and upload box keeps opening the file and or opening another instance of explorer. It takes multiple swipes to get some text highlighted in order to copy it and paste it elsewhere, sometimes it will highlight the text then get stuck and I have to click various areas of the desktop to un-hightlight the text. Any idea what would be causing these anomalies?

I had the same problem with my K95 Keyboard, with the escape buttons and other buttons, not only that my Scimitar mouse was arbitrarily changing lighting affects and dpi when I had both disabled, opening 6-10 instances of my web browser when I clicked to opened it, even starting one of my games windowed when it is set to full screen. The only fix was to uninstall this latest version and install and older one, unfortunately the last one I had saved was from March however everything is working normally now, so I will not update it that is for sure.

Thanks I have them back up now for future problems. FYI: I tried to the repair instead of uninstall and iCUE opened the first time but would not open after that. So I uninstalled it, re-booted, downloaded the latest release and installed it and has been working so far.

Nope, won't open, I have not had this problem until this last update, I tried to make the changes suggested above and still does not open. How do you back up your profiles to re-install the previous version?

It is still doing it and driving me nuts in the process, it does not happen when playing games, but will happen a lot while browsing the internet, and occasionally while opening programs other than games. The only way to reset it is unplugging and plugging the mouse. I just can't figure out what triggers it?

I got to looking around in ICUE and found a setting to clear mouse memory, I am not sure what that does exactly but it seems to have fixed it, at least it has not come back yet.

I just got a new Corsair Scimitar and made my own profile which works great however it will randomly change the DPI and the color on the mouse wheel and logo. I have it pluged in my Corsair mouse pad so I just unplug the mouse and plug it back in and it goes back to my profile settings until it decides to change itself again. I have also tried to remove the built in profiles thinking maybe they were some how interfering with mine, but they just come back after I reset the mouse. What would cause this random changing? Thanks
