Hallo zusammen. Habe im englischsprachigen Forum schon 2 Threads dazu gefunden, jedoch gibt es da leider auch keine Lösung zum Problem. Vielleicht komme ich ja hier weiter, bevor ich die Tastatur dann leider wieder zurückgeben werde. Ich habe mir vor Kurzem eine Corsair K55 RGB gekauft. Für den Preis einfach unschlagbar, finde ich. Jetzt kam es direkt beim ersten Boot schon zum Error c9 im Bios und der Bootvorgang wird unterbrochen. Drücke ich reset, startet der PC ganz normal. Auch ein normaler Neustart funktioniert ohne Probleme. Es ist also nur der Kaltstart von dem Fehler betroffen. c9 bezieht sich auf USB Devices, also habe ich ein wenig getestet. Standardwerte im Bios geladen. Verschiedene USB Settings im Bios getestet. Boot devices im Bios geprüft (Kein USB Gerät hinterlegt) K55 Firmware downgrade. K55 Firmware upgrade. Alle USB Slots getestet. Andere USB Controller (XBox Controller) entfernt und deinstalliert. Alles ohne Erfolg. Irgendwo habe ich gelesen, dass dieser Fehler oft in Verbindung mit USB Hubs entsteht. Komischerweise zeigt mir das Bios auch an, es wäre ein Hub connected, obwohl ich keinen besitze. Gehört dieser HUB zur Tastatur? Wenn ja, was hat es damit auf sich? Zudem erscheinen in Windows gleich 3 Geräte, die zur K55 gehören. Corsair Gaming K55 RGB Keyboard HID-Tastatur HID-Tastatur Hoffe das mir hier jemand helfen kann. Grüße

Same here. No Workaround worked for me. MSI Z97 Gaming 3 and K55 RGB. I have to push "reset" after the first cold boot, because my bios stuck in error c9. After pushing reset, it boots as normal.

Same here and no Fix worked for me. Got an MSI Z97 Gaming 3 MoBo and Win 10. Ive got the 9c Error after the first time, i plugged in the K55 Keyboard. Cold Boot: Stock on Error 9c. Pushing Reset while in Error will boot Win as normal. Restart from Win: Will boot in Win as normal. For Test, i downgrade the Firmware as mentioned in the Forum. Still Error 9c on Cold Boot. I Upgrade the Firmware again to 30.08. Still c9 Error. I disconnected my XBox 1 Controller Dongle. Still c9 Error. I deinstalled EveryHere USB Driver (to share usb devices in my network). Still c9 Error. Trying to repair the Installation of ICue. Still c9 Error. Reinstall ICue. Still c9 Error. Hope there is a Fix soon. Its not that hard to hit the reset Button at the first cold Boot, but that could be a mess for my Hardware?! Didnt try to play with my Controller or even my x55 Hotas yet, since i play thoose Games not that often.
