Solved! There is a "Disable Windows key" on the performance tab. I just needed to uncheck it. Please feel free to change the title of the thread to [solved] if you guys do this here.

Folks, I currently love the keyboard and the effects that I was able to do so far. But one thing is that my windows key does not work. I have tried removing the HID folder from my user's location to start clean, and it still doesn't work. I also tried to reconnect the keyboard and my firmware is v1.10. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you
