  1. I've responded if they had an ETA window, to which they said no, and offered an RMA procedure for now. I think I will take that in the hopes that it will fix the issue.
  2. I was recommended to wait for a future update of iCUE, since they are aware that the current version is causing a lot of devices to no longer work. They also suggested I used v4 for the time being (which also doesn't work for me for the iCUE triangles). My only question is then; why still have the 5.12.97 version live if it is having so many issues?
  3. Reinstalled the triangles again on a fresh system after leaving it out for a few days, no change. I raised a ticket with Corsair, so hopefully they can solve it without RMA, if not, I'll have to RMA them.
  4. I will make a raise a ticket with Corsair. For now I have removed the Lighting Node and LC100 and LS100 completely from my system, and removed the Lighting Node module from iCUE. I've done so as you instructed with going forward with the ones that work; but all of them work but the master triangle. I only put the blue one last each time, because its the one that works (this one also periodically turns full white or almost full white + one green LED), which is something they all do. Glad to hear I am not the only one, this kind of reaffirms that it is a software issue.
  5. Got 5 working now.. Edit: Also got the one before the blue triangle to light up green... what is going on. I am hesitant to touch anything now. I'm guessing the software may have bricked the master triangle somehow? How can I reset it, if I even can at this point considering I've already put it out of the system and without power for several hours.
  6. So, pretty much I have tried that. I've completely removed the LC100 triangles and the RGB Pro node completely from the system for a few hours, then attached it again. No changes. I've even tried the procedure for the Commander Pro reset for the RGB Pro node, but I don't think it did anything. I can now get three of the triangles to work, and last night for whatever reason, the master triangle also worked again for a short moment. I feel like I have to RMA it, but if they were broken, they wouldn't randomly show me colors I feel. Edit: I now have 3 green triangles and 1 blue triangle, just by reattaching it. No idea what is going on.
  7. After installing iCUE 5.12.97, my LC100 triangles stopped working. I did a clean uninstall of iCUE and reinstalled 5.12.97, which made them work again until a next shutdown. Now neither options work anymore. It's connected to a RGB HUB that also controls a two 350mm LS100 lighting strips, which, for some weird reason, change color when I add triangles to the LC100 setup. I feel like there is a conflict here with the software. I've rolled back to iCUE 4, but the triangles no longer seem to respond to anything, they just appear in iCUE and that's it. Update: I now get random triangles to show a static color after going to 5.12.97 again. No idea why though. The LS100 still changes pattern when adding triangles to the LC100 for whatever reason. Definitely seems like there is a communications issue with iCUE and LC100. I've tried force updating the 0.10.4 firmware twice, which resulted in no noticeable difference. As a last resort I fully unplugged my PC for 2 plus hours and did a CMOS reset. On first boot, the master triangle lit up, just like it had before, but when iCUE got installed, it all went dark again. Something is up with iCUE. This is a repost, since I noticed it was in the wrong category.
  8. Happening here too, likely the wrong directory... I really wonder with how many issues arise each update if testing is done properly.

  11. When the system is locked, USB devices cannot be accessed or read, and iCUE devices will use their Hardware Lighting setting. This is the same case with shutting down (since iCUE is not running) and booting.
  12. Add the ability to customize the images used for the Motherboard and GPU plugins. I would like the image in iCUE to reflect my actual hardware rather than something I do not have installed in my PC. Also, improvements on idle CPU utilization would be nice. iCUE sometimes uses 10-15% of my CPU while its idle.
  13. It appears to be related to the "Storage Drive Widget". Disabling that fixed this issue.
  14. Hi, I've noticed that while iCUE 5.8.130 seems to cause the services "Antimalware Service Executable", aka. "Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service" to always hover above idle usage. When iCUE is turned off, it's usage is around 0 to 1%, but with iCUE running it jumps up to above 10% and sometimes jumps up to 20% or down to 5%, but never back to idle. Closing iCUE.exe immediately causes the service to jump back to idle. I've added exclusions to Windows Defender for all Corsair folders and executables, but it doesn't seem to help, nor is it an ideal solution. Anyone else experiencing similar behavior?
  15. Sounds like you did something wrong, having no issues here with my RM750x SHIFT and 4000D.
