  1. I have the same problem just out of warranty and they started to break. I contacted support and they only replace the few that had broken. Since then more and more are breaking. I am now at the point where al the keys need to be replaced with good ones. The warranty was only for 12 months and so they would not replace the whole lot. The keyboard K70 RGB lux was bought in 2018 and keys started failing in 2019. It appears to be a manufacturing fault but they won't admit to that being the case. I am now on the hunt to locate a place where I can buy replacement keys for the whole keyboard. This is double the cost which I should not have had to do. Any advice where to buy a full set of guaranteed workable keycaps will be much appreciated. Make sure you contact them to replace your keycaps as long as it is in warranty or they won't want to know you.
  2. I have a K70 and also with a number of badly manufactured keys which have broken. I opened Ticket # 866372 and exchanged e-mails with Kim E and the trail stopped back in March. So much for customer support. I need my keys replaced ASAP as it is hard to use the keyboard with broken keycaps. Can anuyone at Corsair help. I have sent the receipot, photos etc. What does it take to get help for this product.
