  1. Right on ! I'm using a 4K TV and 300 percent is the sweetspot ! Version 3 was working flawlessly, so no reason for the version 4. And all software I'm using work well and scale correctly... Sorry Corsair, but this is not the kind of answer we are expecting from you... Estimated cost of Corsair's products for my PC : 1000$ USD Please...
  2. Already tried this fix, but didn't work at all. And it makes everything low resolution... Maybe you're not in the same situation than me... 3840x2160 at 300 percent scaling in Windows 10... Thanks
  3. Thank you for your great work and I'm waiting for the next update !
  4. Hi James, i'm using the new 4.X version of iCUE for now 3 weeks. It's a fantastic new version, but the scaling on high DPI PC doesn't work well. I'm using Windows 10 latest version with a 4K Sony TV as a monitor with 300% scaling in Windows 10. When starting Windows 10, iCUE open automatically, and when I click on the iCUE icon in the bottom of the screen, the iCUE window doesn't scale. The only workaround I've found is to use the Windows Key + UpArrow(x2) to get the iCUE window maximised and fully usable. Here's screenshots of before and after this message.. Before resizing https://imgur.com/OO3EJ5F After https://imgur.com/bjfBug7 Are you aware of this problem and when it should be fixed ?
  5. Playing on 4K TV in my living room, full Corsair PC, same problem on Windows 10 at 300% scaling. No workaround for now. I've already send a private message to Corsair James without any answer from him. 2000$+ in Corsair parts on this PC and this kind of support...
  6. Did the iCUE update last week and when my Harpoon wireless and/or my Virtuoso wake if sleep, RGB return to rainbow default settings. It's very annoying ! - Try reinstalling many times (Older, newer, even beta iCUE versions...) - Removing Windows drivers - Removing all iCUE entries in registry before reinstalling - Using iCUE Slipstream beta, etc Problems always there. The only way to get back my RGB light with my preset is the restart the computer, until my mouse return to sleep and ....it revert back to Rainbow default settings again !!! When I've updated iCUE last week, I update the firmware of my USB dongle, Harpoon wireless and Virtuoso Headset. Maybe the problem comes from the firmware....because now, the problem is present even with older version that worked before... ?!
  7. First, make sure to select VIRTUOSO HEADSET for playback in Windows 10. Tell me if you have the choice to select DOLBY ATMOS when your VIRTUOSO is your playback device. If you CAN select DOLBY ATMOS, it means that you're using Windows 10 default driver. If it's the case, try to remove your VIRTUOSO HEADSET from your PC, reinstall ICUE and reconnect your USB VIRTUOSO DONGLE to install CORSAIR drivers properly.
  8. Can you confirm which drivers you're using ? The iCUE driver will not let you choose DOLBY ATMOS...the Windows 10 base driver with let you do so....
  9. Try this, no problem with my Virtuoso since I found this workaround https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=192884
  10. Try this https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/ar...y-Engine-iCUE- Removing iCUE in registry will get rid of the (1) (1) !!
