  1. So I discovered this past Friday morning that my system had shut itself down. Something that happens from time to time here in the south when we have a random thunderstorm and we get a quick blink of the lights. Only we didn't have a thunderstorm overnight on Thursday night into Friday. So I sit down to do some random stuff and hit the power button to reboot and I get a new screen on my monitor that says to check the CPU fan and reset if needed. I think that's weird but check it anyway and then hit OK and move on. About 5 seconds later my system reboots and I get a Windows error screen on restart. Again I go "weird" so I hit OK and move on....typical PC dude stuff but now my spidey sense are tweaking that something is wrong. I just built this rig with a new I7-13700K an added more RAM and a new RTX 3060TI video card so I am now really hoping the merde hasn't hit the ventilator. Again I get a reboot about 20-30 seconds after logging into my session and now I am super geeked out. Now I get another new screen and it says to shut down and check the CPU fan because your temps are too high....WTF I think to myself; this is a less than 4 month old CPU cooler; sure it was missing some cable but dude it plugged into my motherboard and has been working. Surely it isn't dead Corsair makes good stuff...right. Well short answer is NOthe H60x "Elite"; is an "Elite" pile of freaking dog ****. I didn't read the forums here because I was standing in the store and needed/wanted a new CPU cooling option and wanted it to work with iCUE; I know I like mental pain and anguish. Also it was right around $60 and I didn't want to spend $150+ on yet another cooling setup and hear it from my wife. The old adage applies directly with this POS H60x...buy once, cry once but dang sure don't buy this POS. I'm not even going to RMA the POS because it's apparently not even worth the time or benefit of Corsair support to acknowledge that the H60x is hasn't even deigned it worth their time in the last 36 hours to even acknowledge the support request. I went to Best Buy this morning and bought another Corsair product that I know works every time all the time in the H100i Elite LCD cooler. So I then spent a total of 5 hours moving fans, rerouting wires, temp sensors, cables for USB connections, etc... to install a product I should have bought to begin with instead of buying a lower cost Corsair CPU cooling option. Now I just have to go back inside and disconnect the Commander XT or the Commander Pro that I have had in this case since the beginning.
  2. Wish I could get the newest update. The previous one borked my Virtuoso headset being detected; along with my RAM, keyboard, commander pro and all my sensors attached to the commander.
  3. Sounds like you have a bad one and I would contact Corsair for an RMA at the very least.
  4. I have searched the forums here for this issue and find all kinds of problems regarding the H100i V2 but honestly can't pin one down to be able to piggy back off of with this. OK I just recently bought a Corsair Crystal 680X case and moved all my parts out of the previous case which was a Corsair 600C Inverse mount case; I loved the noise reduction in that case. I have an i7-8700k being cooled by a H100i V2 and I have noticed since moving everything over how loud the H100i V2 is and no matter what I can not get it to run on quiet mode. I have changed the curves and they seem to work and CPU temps are staying <40°C - 45°C but the damn fans on the H100i V2 decide they want to jump up to almost 2k RPM and sound like they are trying to lift the freaking case off the floor. I have the H100 in a top mounted configuration and also have noticed a gurgling sound periodically from the radiator as well. My question is should I just chalk this one up to having always been a problem since I bought this radiator setup back in 2017 and move on to a newer model or should I just put everything back in the other case and return this 680X and save myself almost $300.
  5. Had the Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE for a little over a week and earlier today the sound was working perfectly. I noticed that the headset needed to be charged so I connected the USB cable and then had to leave for a few hours. When I came home I got on the computer and connected started listening to music and noticed a cracking sound in the headphones. All lights appeared to be correct and nothing was showing bad on the iCUE headphone tab in there. I then connected to TeamSpeak to get some feedback from my buddies but I couldn't hear them over all the cracking sounds when they were talking. They messaged me and said I sounded fine but each time they talked the sounds came in like they were all cracking and scratchy. Tried to listen to Pandora and same result and the same in games. Attempting to reboot and if that doesn't work then I guess I will uninstall and try it again a few times and that does not cure the issue I will return it for a refund and get my money back for it and try some other brands headset.
  6. I just bought this mouse after having to do an RMA on an M65 Elite RGB. I was able to get the firmware to update immediately on plugging it in and it functions like a champ so far...we shall see when it hits the magical 6 month mark. Hopefully the left mouse button keeps working.
  7. I tried the file from customer support and it was the same firmware that I was already running through iCUE. So I went through their support steps and nothing was resolved. I tried the suggest that @oarsume posted and so far it seems to be working. I'll keep you guys posted but I think this is a bigger issue than just firmware or mouse storage filling up.
