Hello, Just wondering, is there any benefit to having the plugins installed on iCUE 5? i've had the Nvidia & ASUS plugins installed since they released but dont seem to do anything. I was hoping that they'd show my ASUS Motherboard and ASUS GPU on the front page profiles with my corsair products without having to install any of the stupid asus software such as AURA Sync etc, but it doesnt seem to do that. Shall i just uninstall the plugins and keep them uninstalled? Thanks.

Tried multiple cables with multiple monitors all do the same thing. The cables i have now where like £11 each and 4m Long as my monitors are abit far from my Case. Thinking about ditching DP and going for 2 new HDMI 2.1 cables that have just come out and 1 DP

Update: I have tried a different Strix 3090 OC Card in the build and same issue. I'm possibly thinking its a Motherboard PCIE issue.

I'm guessing if it is a PCIE Connection, That'll be a MB replacement. Only way i can rule out the GPU would be to wait till i receive the new ROG Strix 3090 OC i have ordered and see if the issue still persists.

Hello, I'm having a PC Issue and looking for advice/fix. I have a ROG Strix 3090 OC, and i keep getting these visual lines when i boot up as seen in the pictures. it shows the lines on the republic of gamers logo screen and then a few seconds later it'll boot into windows and actually be normal. This issue only happens when monitors are plugged in with DP, Works totally fine with HDMI. Took the GPU to a friends today to test in his build and he doesnt have the same issue, his is totally normal so i know the GPU is fine. I've got another 3090 OC on order because i wanted to try a different card in my build and will be testing that when it arrives. Things i've tried: Underclocking RAM from 3200MHz to base 2133MHz. Tried having 1 stick of ram in and 2 sticks and 4 sticks all still have the same issue. Anyone had this issue before? and possibly a fix if possible.

Hello, I’m having some issues with my strix 3090. Just looking at a possible fix or some insight on what’s happening. At first there was no picture at all whilst using the display ports, even using different cables. It just shown what is seen on the attached pictures. I used a HDMI to get into the pc and installed the latest Nvidia drivers. This seemed to fix the display ports issue so I can at least use the card with display ports now. Now every time I boot up my pc it shows what is seen on the pictures for about 5 seconds then goes to windows login screen. Anyone know what the issue is please? Shall I RMA the card as it’s still got 2 years warranty. Thanks

thanks for the info, at the moment I'm just wanting it to work standalone then maybe in the future ill buy the stuff needed to control it with icue. But thankyou =D

I've just plugged in just the sata cable from the case and the front strip seems to be working completely fine without having the 3 pin header plugged in.

Would a RGB Hub work or just a lighting node pro? ive got 2 RGB hubs in my build with a commander pro.

Hello, I've had my Lian li o11 dynamic for over a year now. I'm wanting to finally get the front RGB strip working as I've never had it turned on because my motherboard doesn't have the correct header for it. Would it be possible to plug the header into my commander pro with a splitter as i've got 10 corsair fans plugged into it at the moment? My build can be seen below. Just reinstalled icue 4 again after it crashing non stop on release, its finally stopped crashing but its only showing my AIO, commander pro & ram on the profiles and not my GPU (ASUS ROG STRIX 1070TI) & Motherboard (ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E). how can i get them to come up? they came up on the old software and yes i have got aura installed. My commander pro isnt getting detected by icue. ive tried different usb header slots, still no detection. The commander pro only gets detected like 2/15 start ups and im getting bored of it not working. Im starting to think its a defective unit and thinking of returning for a replacement. Any1 else having this issue with the commander pro/icue software?

I dont use any other monitoring programs, Just ICUE.

Ever since updating to Version 3.33.246, my commander pro has been disconnecting randomly. The RGB will turn off on all 6 of my LL120 fans and on the icue software the performance option disapears and i have to restart my pc for it all to go back to normal. It all just happens randomly, could be a few minutes after turning my pc on or a few hours. Anyone else having this issue?
