I hope this time the issue with Virtuoso dropping out gets fixed. Sometimes the headset will lose the lighting effects set and just display plain white, when that happens and I open up iCue it shows the Virtuoso as "Unavailable" I have to either reboot, or switch to wireless and then back to wired to fix it. Some days it works fine and then opps it happens, so it's really random. Surely I'm not the only one who has this issue... it's been like this for months now.

Like title says my Virtuoso's randomly become unavailable in iCue. Audio is not affected in any way but lighting effects stop and the headset just displays white logos. Unplugging/replugging or switching to wireless than back to wired (it's wired to the PC at all times) fixes it for a while. Anyone have insight on this bug?

I exported my profiles, uninstalled everything and reinstalled 3.21.88 directly and it fixed the problem, both fans are now showing up. Thank god for the profile export/import stuff, I really didn't want to redo all my settings but this made everything a 1 click thing to the way it was before.

As title says, I just updated to the new iCue and now my H100i Platinum only detects and displays 1 fan in the lighting setup so the second fan the lights are completely off. Everything else (speed control, etc) works as before. I tried playing with the lighting setup but that does nothing. Worked perfectly before the update and I could see both fans...
