thanks glad to know it isn't the headset wondering why it doesn't work only on the headset but at least i don't need to get new ones

I just got my new HS60 today and i love (considering i was using a cheap turtle beach headset before) but i have 2 problems which is iCUE won't open (i know it isn't the HS60 that is causing it, it's the software) and that it works fine on PC and Xbox but isn't working on my phone(Sony xperia XA2). When i plug it in my phone it just plays through the speakers like it isn't plugged in. I have tried other earphones and headphones and they work fine. I need an answer because if it is the HS60 i would like to know so i can get a replacement. thanks

I have been looking at every single post for this and still don't have a solutions i have updated all my drivers reinstalled a thousand times and still cant get it to open. I am using v3.20.80
