  1. I have made a macro recording that looks fine, Alt down, 0 down and up, 1 down and up, 8 down and up, 2 down and up, Alt up. All with about 100ms gap between. However, I can't execute this macro and make it produce a Pilcrow - ¶ Can anyone point me to a way to make that Pilcrow symbol??? I am using a scimitar rbg elite mouse (button 9) as the keypress source. I am fairly experienced at making macros, the other Macro's I make all work fine, I even have Macros that have an Alt button press, but the Alt button is not held down in those macros. Thanks for your help. Actually never mind - I just found out that my "9" button on the mouse is faulty. It does nothing.
  2. I have an 18 x Macro key K95 RGB keyboard that I bought about 4 years ago just before the newer K95 Platinum version with less Macro keys was released. Will the Nexus attach to the top of this keyboard? The top has no USB passthrough which I can work around, but is there a mounting plate for it? The reason I want it is that I have profile 1 filled up with Macros and have labelled all the keys with stickers, Profile 2 is for remote desktop work and is sort of filled. I was thinking rather than filling up another profile and re-doing my stickers for 1/2 actions, that I would get the Corsair Nexus and move the Macros that make sense to be on the Nexus up there. PS I use the Scimitar for other Macros. I'm not a macro king but I like to use the Macros.
  3. I have a Macro that maximises object width on one key, and another macro to minimise object width on another key. (using a K95 macro key) Can I put them both on the same macro key and use a modifier key such as shift to change which macro is run? The Macro does the following Alt A S H The alternative macro does this: Alt A S M
  4. What I did at the time was: downloaded some old firmware from this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=179746 Then brought the firmware up to date (3.04) using iCue and the double click problem is completely gone! Problem is I have no DPI control. And I do actually still have a random double click but not very often
  5. I fixed a double click issue with my mouse here: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=187341 However I assume that downgrading to v1.1 firmware and coming forward has mucked up my firmware. I can't set a polling rate, Windows is ignoring the DPI setting regardless to what I set it, and there are errors showing in iCue that I can't remedy. I've tried force resetting the firmware, clearing memory and saving hardware profiles to the mouse. Attachments of the error, and inability to set polling rate attached. *** Please could I have a good copy of the latest firmware? If I can do the manual delete - rollout of the latest firmware using the pin method then I think I can fix it. ***
  6. Just confirming after a full day of use there have been ZERO double clicks. Before 2 out of every 3 clicks were a double click. This is solved!! *** Corsair if you are listening the problem was fixed by manually resetting the firmware using the pin method to delete the current firmware ***
  7. Now I have brought the firmware up to date (3.04) using iCue and the double click problem is completely gone!
  8. Yeah - On order now. One of the selling points for me was actually the omron switches adertised with 10million click durability or something like that. Oh well.. I have the 12 side switches integrated into my workflow now and they are really useful. Actually ... order cancelled... I rolled back the firmware using a manual method and then brought it up to date with iCue and now it is fine. As per this thread http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=1011274#post1011274
  9. I downloaded some old firmware from this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=179746 I still have double click. Funny thing is I didn't have double click for about a minute after plugging back in but then it started again Thanks anyway
  10. The left click now is more than just a double click. I have remapped one of the side-keys to left click so I can still use the Macros. I don't know what the iCue problem is.
  11. iCue has the bug today where my mouse isn't recognised (requiring a whole PC restart for it to be picked up again) and the mouse is no longer double clicking! I haven't restarted the computer yet, so while I have lost my macros on the side buttons, I have gained the ability to left click without issue! I'm no longer in the market for a new mouse, but I do need to work out the iCue issue.
  12. My Scimitar is doing the same, I have latest firmware. I assumed that it is hardware but I don't hear a double click happening. I have tried a soft reset (hold both mouse keys while inserting the USB) and that doesn't fix it.
  13. I have a Scimitar RGB nearly 2 years old and the left click has started randomly double clicking. It has had lots of full time use in that time, so while I expected better from the switches, a failure is acceptable... I use it for programming, having the programmable 12-key buttons on the side is awesome. *** Do I get the Scimitar Pro again? I click on the "Find a retailer" button on the corsair site and it says "Not found at any retailer". Is their about to be a new release or is corsair backing away from this mouse? Or is there a better option I haven't seen???
  14. I would like the "Offset Pointer To" macro step to have a "select point" option under Absolute. When you click on it, it would allow you to click on a point on the screen and that step would then move the mouse to that point on the screen when run. Just to summarise: CUE would let you click on a place on the screen to set the position.
  15. I use some of the macro keys on a K95 RGB (18macro version) to launch applications, e.g. the Calcuator. When an application is launched it is opened in the background. I would like the application to launch in the foreground. Thanks.
