  1. ICUE -> Settings -> Click on your RAM -> Enable Software Control should show Hope it helps!
  2. The Asus Aura plugin from Corsiar currently only supports the Motherboard. Any other Asus Aura compatible device is out of luck for now.
  3. The Asus SDK always reports back 120 LEDs. As for your Fan LEDs I don't really know what is happening there. Try deleting the profile and re-doing it.
  4. As of half a year ago you can't really go wrong with Corsair or Asus in terms of compatability. Corsair still has the best right now. Asus has slowly opened up with a few bugs here and there but mostly control should be possible. Most Asus motherboars work without a problem including your Strix board. Making things more interesting Corsair announced that they will support Asus stuff in the future on their CES page. https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/ces-2020
  5. Are you using both latest Aura and Jacknet Sync? If you are stuck feel free to join the discord. Lots of supportive people there that can help you out including myself.
  6. If you have three LL Fans for example you can just tell ICUE that four are connected and then you have 16 LEDs to use for Asus and other devices.
  8. Try and connect each strip and fan one by one. There might be a broken connection in one of the fans which does not allow the data to pass past it.
  9. Make sure you uninstall Aura with programs like CCleaner or Revo. I don't particularly think it is ICUE or Aura conflicting but rather Aura conflicting with itself. I myself also can't install the latest Aura as it fails to start. I always rollback to either 1.06.17 or 1.07.36 and they seem to work nearly all the time.
  10. Downgrade to 1.06.17. It's still the most stable version as of now.
  11. It's an Asus Aura problem. Nothing from Corsair here. I suggest downgrading Asus Aura by uninstalling it using CCleaner and not through Windows.
  12. Asus is probably best for RGB control out of all of the brands. Gigabyte by the looks of it has the best cooling solution for x570 - well at least for their high end boards. Asus also recently released their SDK so in theory you could also sync your Asus aura devices with ICUE here. If going for that case you might want to wire up the front button ARGB header to the motherboard ARGB header or a LNP if you know what you are doing but rather stick with the easier route. Your Asus motherboard just needs a ARGB header and you should be good to go.
  13. The latest version should be fine. But some people always have some issue with ICUE so just try it out. You can always downgrade to another version.
  14. Seeing how ICUE now supports MacOS partially wouldn't it be easier to port it to Linux now? I know it's still under development. I am just assuming here. Anyway great work from the developers.
