  1. I already tried that and unfortunately to no avail, it keeps defaulting back to the state it was in before the forced update. I tried uninstalling corsair ICue as well and reïnstalling it, this also doesn't fix the problem. For some reason the Receiver keeps staying paired to the Virtuoso headset as well eventhough I want it to completely forget and unpair it, nothing works. I am starting to get really annoyed with thiese problems and with Corsair, releasing a product without a proper way of factory resetting it is unacceptable to me. Oh well, like I already said above it looks like I'm going to have to RMA my headset then, because it keeps crashing and disconnecting on me and literally no one can tell me how to properly factory reset the receiver and the headset because forcing a firmware update certainly didn't do that. Thanks for the reply anyway
  2. Hi everyone, I don't know if this question is in the right place, but I'm in a bit of a pickle.... I'm having some weird problems with regards to signal drops and the headset just basically crashing and shutting off randomly, so I wanted to perform a Factory (hard) reset on my headset and receiver, to see if that would fix my problems. However, it doesn't seem to matter where I look or search, no single person appears to be able to tell me how to do this on a Virtuoso Wireless XT RGB and/or the wireless receiver, which is kind of weird and also quite baffling to me. Is it even possible? Because it would feel very weird to me, to have to RMA a headset for a problem that potentially could have been fixed with a Factory Reset. Thanks very much in advance for the response and help,
  3. it happens in all my games, League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, AC-Unity, Euro Truck Sim 2, even Kerbal Space Program. I am on a Windows 10 Home System (If this helps to know)
  4. Hello everyone, I have a small problem and I can't find a solution that works anywhere. My Void wireless will randomly say Auto shutdown initiated and power down, in the middle of a game. This must be a a software bug because I have auto shutdown disabled in the cue software settings. Can someone please tell me how to stop this from happening? I tried everything, reïnstalling the drivers and the cue software and resetting my device but to no avail, nothing works. Thanks in advance, Thierry
