my Mp600 randomly disconnects bringing my user accounts down as it holds my /home partition given that i use chis computer a a UNIX workstation for my Graduate studies this is a large issue the funny thing is if I shutdown the system after the disconnect occurs, unplug the computer than plug it back in the drive will be found. (but only if the system is power phased in this way) Motherboard I am currently using with this drive is a Asrock b45M Steel legend and the CPU is a AMD AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor. both the Motherboard and the drive are updated to the latest firmware I will not be including OS specifications as this issue happens under Linux, Windows and BSD so it is purely hardware

funny i had a MP600 that worked great for 3 months until this morning.

I woke up this morning turned on my PC to find that i had no hard drive! the 3 month old MP600 stopped working! So i first contact new egg they say the return period is up and contact corsair so i go to see hey we turned our phones off! because COVID-19 well COVID-19 makes a broken hard drive pretty darn detrimental to me as well i need my PC for work because i can't go in the office. so i am simply asking when will the phones be on so i can get a RMA number for this busted drive. Yes i am aware of the email form and filled it out but this broken drive constitutes an emergency. and it would be nice to get a response and a RMA number and not some caned anger inducing form letter.
