I have no idea why Corsair just doesn't post the firmware files as well as the firmware flash process. It's like the idea of firmware is some super secret thing.

I had to do the same thing with my old Razer Adder.

Also curious about this myself. It's happening to me wireless and wired.

Does the keyboard light when CUE is terminated? If so, run CUE, but not as an administrator. If that still fails, reinstall CUE. I am now remembering that I had this same thing happen to me two or three days after I got this keyboard.

Is CUE running on your computer? It sounds as if you have the lighting profiles blank.
