  1. Do not update the H115i platinum firmware EVER.
  2. Yeah DO NOT update the firmware on the new cooler you're getting. I just got my RMA for similar issues with the CPU block rgb kicking the bucket and not showing up in iCue post firmware update. My new cooler is running fine thus far and I have NOT updated the firmware on it because that is likely the issue here.
  3. PSA = public service announcement, like a sticky post indicating to customers to not update firmware.
  4. RMA it and don't update the firmware, we need a PSA for this :(
  5. My RMA is coming on Monday and I think it's a firmware problem. Should post a PSA to not update firmware for platinum AIOs.
  6. Yes I am running steam and I still have the issue when steam is shut down. The H115i platinum I have does not show up in iCue but it does show up in "bluetooth and other devices" in Windows 10 settings. I also have the USB disconnect problem with just the H115i platinum. I have an RMA on the way because it's probably firmware related, but I have attached the debug logs anyway... Also system monitoring tools: I'm not sure does anything in the gigabyte APP center count? iCue debug logs for missing H115i Platinum.zip
  7. I would hazard a guess that it's likely NOT mostly fixed because you have people coming to this forum (myself included) saying that their AIO's are not showing up in iCue and are experiencing disconnect issues. I wouldn't even be surprised if thousands of customers are experiencing similar issues with their corsair products.
  8. Honestly, your best bet is to get a refund and go with a different brand. Corsair support will do nothing beyond what people will tell you here on the forum and these issues have been rampant for over one year.
  9. Yeah I still get disconnects with the beta iCue AND the H115i still does not show up in the software.
  10. I've got my C700M set up with intake from the front and intake from the top. The 280mm rad is also up front as intake. Then there is one exhaust fan at the back (9 140mm fans in total!!!). I have to agree with everyone else about having the rad as intake rather than exhaust, but really it is up to the builder!
  11. My H115i Plat shows up in the "bluetooth and other devices" settings when I boot up my rig. Then it doesn't show up in iCue and it actively connects/disconnects the USB in a cycle.
  12. Setting iCue to static lighting doesn't help when your pump doesn't even show up in the software.
