Hi support, the leather on my headset is tearing already. what can I do?

just an update : I have this headset since last yr, like others, i am bothered by the crackling sound. but since ever i updated the dongle firmware to v.0.16.80, it never happened again, even with ICUE running. I will leave the firmware version at is it now and won't upgrade. will feedback again in a month time.

same man, so many months(9 months?) already they still can't fix the issue. No more Corsair for me !

for so many months already , the cracking sound still haven't been fix? How am I suppose to recommend this to my friends?

has anyone able to get them to work? i can't ,both wireless and wired. any helps will be very much appreciated. thanks.

coz i too faced the crackling issue. quit icue, uninstall drivers, i done that already. but problem keep coming back. it has been so long, they haven't come out with a solution? i am pretty sure it is a driver issue.:veryangry

about this cracking sound issue. i faced it during my first use. i was playing and streaming game. I suspect it was streamlab issue coz that app allows you to change the source(the mic and the output). so i stopped the app, rebooted the pc. after reboot, i turned on the headset first, start game, start streamlab, select my source accordingly . no more cracking sound. i believe discord allow u to select the source, so you might want to check that. i will continue to test this on other games.

hi there, i have went through the threads before starting this post and i noticed some of you were asking how to turned off the rgb lights and mic light during charging(at night when you sleeping,computer off). some suggested to set to wireless mode and charge, the headset will turn off itself after 10 mins or so. but mine doesn't do that. i have set my headset to wireless mode, charge it with a power bank(2.0a) , the rgb lights and mic light were on all night ......and the charging never stopped(pulsing green), it took whole night. then i woke up set the headset to usb and the charging stop. huh????is it because of icue software? but my computer is off. oh , i just updated the firmware yesterday. maybe need another firmware update? thanks.
