  1. I’m having this issue now with the left button stuck. I also hear the mouse disconnecting randomly when I’m watching a movie. What’s the fix so far? I’ve updated to the latest firmware
  2. Copy the whole Corsair folder from Program Files (x86). Paste the folder elsewhere on C drive (I used Program File.) Load iCue in that folder and it should open. Not sure what’s causing the issue, but this a work around.

  5. Fixed my problem. Copy the whole Corsair folder from Program Files (x86) to Program Files. I was able to open iCue from Program Files after that. Create a new shortcut from the new folder you've placed in.

  8. Reimage with a new Windows 10. iCue sits in End Task but would not open. Please help.
  9. Please Corsair, fix this issue. I've been on this topic for a week now. Reimage my computer did not resolve this issue.
  10. Reimage my computer and reinstalled iCue. I can see it in End Task, but it does not appear anywhere on my screen. This happened right after the latest update and yes i downgraded to the previous version, I still have no luck. I tried almost every possibility I can search on corsair forum. Please help
