  1. Ok, the situation is getting worse. I tried to use the two connectors on the right side of the PSU for the two cpu connectors, and the connector in the second row cannot be used! I cannot insert the clip inside the power supply! On a close check, it seems there is a black cable (!) that blocks almost two connectors! How can a cable block the connectors??
  2. Hi all, I am facing a problem with building my new system: the cables that come with the power supply are too stiff, and they cannot bend. Look for example the two cables for the CPU power: the part that is covered by rubber, does not bend at all! It is like it is glued on the inside (please see first photo). This creates two problems: a) The cables extend where the radiator should be placed, and b) The cable length is not enough to put the power supply into place (please see images 2 & 3). And is not the only problem: the connector for the motherboard has a stiff length on about 10 centimeters, and again it cannot bend. And due to the case, it blocks my sata ports! (please see figure 4). What I am supposed to do? It is the first time that I encounter such problems with power supply cables. I am really afraid it will going to break the connector in the motherboard.
  3. Well, I suppose all 600T have the same issue. Yes, my case also "cracks". It is make out of metal & plastic, the metal expands with the heat, causing noises. I don't know where it comes from, I think it is from the side panel, which is metal plus a plastic window.
  4. Hi all, I have an HX1000i PSU. I have upgraded my pc to RYZEN 5950X, and the new motherboard (ASUS CROSSHAIR VII DARK HERO). This board has 2 connectors for the CPU: 1 x 8-pin ATX 12V Power connector (HX1000i has two cables of this type) 1 x 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector (HX1000i does not have a coble of this type). The manual says that the 1x4-pin is optional, but still I would like to connect it. Is there a way to buy the missing cable?
  5. My H115i Platinum was updated to 1.1.33, without a problem. It just took a while, and everything seems to work after the update.
  6. And this image shows the cable installed:
  7. I finally ordered one of these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Type-C-90-Degree-Right-Angle-USB-C-Fast-Data-Sync-Charging-Charger-Android-Cable/192763057558 It fits, and leaves a tiny space from the RAM. It does not touch the RAM at all. Be careful to order to micro-usb cable, not the usb-c! Now I am only missing a usb to motherboard header adapter...
  8. I cannot find an alternative online. I measured the usb header provided with the kit, it is huge (1 cm the rubber part only, and the micro usb does not fit inside the pump entirely). Is such space (more than 1 cm at the pump side) within specs of TR4 socket? I am trying to figure out if it corsair's fault, or gigabyte's fault.
  9. Hi all, I have just installed a Corsair Hydro Series H115i RGB Platinum 280 on a Gigabyte X399 AORUS XTREME. However, I was unable to put the usb cable on the pump - it does not fit. In order to fit it, I have to remove the memory stick from the board, but I need my memory. Is there a solution? The usb connector goes up to the middle of the memory stick, so it is not a matter of a few millimeters...
