  1. Since the update to iCUE v4.9.338 (Knock on wood) Dashboard has not crashed. It was crashing daily, and a reinstall was required after performing "Perform a clean reinstallation of the Corsair Utility Engine (iCUE)" Prior before update I did try Corsair Notepad suggestion. The only software's that were starting up and running with Icue, was MSI afterburner. I disabled MSI, and uninstalled Aura creator (Just incase) and still had the same issue.
  2. So, on rare occasion I experience a crash when I click on the iCUE Dashboard. A system reboot will correct the issue 90% of the time. 9%, I have to power the PC down. Full shutdown and unplug the power and press the power button to discard any stored energy. Boot back into Windows and iCUE works as intended. The last 1%, requires an uninstall and reinstall of iCUE. A few days after the introduction of the Nightsword RGB mouse. I have been getting almost daily Profile Conflicts and Dashboard crashes requiring a complete uninstall and reinstall of iCUE software. On the off day there were no conflicts or crashes on application launch. The Nightsword would drop dpi settings and key binds. I thought I might have maybe been hitting the profile buttons so I disabled them and reset my binds in Actions and Hardware Actions. Sadly, I could not disable the profile buttons in Hardware Actions. My work around for that was to save my mouse profile to all on board storage slots. This worked for about two days and then I started getting profile conflicts again. Followed the reg clean instructions, https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/ar...y-Engine-iCUE- Worked for about two days, and then crashes began when clicking on dashboard. Dashboard is a needed tool for monitoring my custom water-cooling loop. *During my testing I removed the Nightsword RGB and when I logged in this morning iCUE crashed when clicking on dashboard. Currently reinstalling and resetting up my profiles.
  3. I thought those pumps were the same. RMA time.
  4. I'm kinda in the same boat. I recently upgraded to a CORSAIR iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT 360 from a CORSAIR Hydro Series, H100i RGB PLATINUM 240. However, the H100i performed better. Default temps increased by 16c with default thermal paste. I replace it with thermal grizzly. Temps dropped about half 6-8c but that’s still an increase in heat and my cpu runs hotter with the H150i. After a few days of playing around with settings and fan curves I’m thinking the pump is bad. I can’t seem to get mine over 2600 RPM using the extreme profile but I am using my old H100i as reference and that ran at performance mode 2600 rpm and extreme mode 3000 rpm. What is the rpm range on the H150i pump?
  5. It's the Platinum version. Thanks! I found the Hardware tab and was able to set it. Time to restart and see how it goes.
  6. So I've set it up were the H100i color changes with the cpu temp with iCUE v3.20.80. Device firmware is up to date. Blue for 50c Purple for 65c Green for 70c However when I turn my PC on or off the color is wrong. It's always purple till I login to my windows account. This wasn't always the case, and it worked correctly last month. My mobo reports a cpu temp of 26c-32c. I'm not sure why the Core or Package sensor is reporting differently during this time. Any thoughts on how to correct this? MOBO Temp: https://imgur.com/Is92WRx Package sensor: https://imgur.com/Yy0qD0i Core sensor:https://imgur.com/79voVz2 PC: https://imgur.com/MBKiJKC
