  1. EDIT: I have now removed icue 4, and installed previous version. Still no difference
  2. Even removing all the appdata and registry files now my fans are lit up. I am so infuriated with this product. You force me to update to icue 4 and it does not do anything. I'm trying to disable all the RGB lights. I have 2 "fake" ram sticks meant to match my Vengeance RGB... they do not light up when the real ones do. I have 6x LL fans hooked to the same commander pro... only 1 out of the 6 even responds to any iCUE color changes. So I go back to my profile "Lights out" which has all of the lights disabled. Now they are stuck in some terrible sky blue color at full brightness. Literally can't even sleep in the same room anymore thanks to this trash software. I'm at my wit's end... you give an option for "hardware lighting control" but don't give the option to turn the lights off via hardware control. Ridiculous
  3. I have been messing around for about 30 minutes now, and I can't seem to find a way to remap the scroll wheel. I'd like scroll up to function as the 'P' key, and scroll down to function as the 'N' key. Is there something I'm missing? Or is this software really just that far behind the times? Thanks in advance.
  4. Just a slight update, as I mentioned I thought I was able to fix it by removing all the effects from the non-software mode, however, it now still occasionally (seemingly random) lights up when in sleep mode. Kind of disappointing because I use sleep mode quite often.
  5. I was able to fix this by disabling the "Only use Software Lighting" setting, deleting all the lighting effects, and then turning it back on and recreating the effects in the new "Software" profile
  6. My Corsair LL120 fans shut off, but the memory modules remain lit even when the computer is asleep. I tried using the setting "only use software lighting" but it had no bearing on the lights.
  7. Just a heads up for some folks having issues. I had recently purchased the Vengeance RGB 32gb kit in Black (2x16), After seeing how good it looked, it only seemed reasonable that I fill out the other 2 slots. I was pleasantly suprised to find the lighting kit available, as I certainly don't need another 32gb for my computing requirements. When I first installed the sticks and booted up my system, it did not recognize them at all. It only showed me as having two sticks installed. However, in the iCue settings tab, there is an option at the bottom to "Restart iCue Service." After clicking this, it took a few seconds to reset everything and all my existing RGB settings for my RAM turned off. This allowed the lighting enhancement sticks to appear in the app and I was able to set them to match. Hope this helps someone running into a similar issue.
