  1. So i got 1 basic kit inside my PC chassis for some extra lighting. Got a LS100 basic kit + 450mm expansion kit connected running in dual monitor mode. Thinking about getting 1 or more 1.4m ones. Can i connect 1 (or more) to that "hub" running in dual monitor mode? If not, would i need an extra "hub" and if so where do i get one. I don't need another full kit
  2. Going by that last post, i'm assuming you're the same guy i responded to on reddit ;) You have your answer :p
  3. Pretty sure it is the aura thing. My motherboard is detected but the lighting isn't working atm. sometimes it kicks in but then the lighting on my dominator platinum RGB stop working.
  4. There is no fix. As its not a light. It's a cut-out area in the black part of the module with LED's behind it. It's physically built that way.
  5. i've had the red triangle a few times on my dominator platinums but that doesn't require anything like uninstalling aura. For me, simply shutting down iCue and restarting it was enough. As to your motherboard, do you have plugins enabled under iCue settings?
  6. It's listed under "Aura Lighting Control" V1.01.16 but that's an outdated version and is the same as "Aura Sync". So just grab it from here https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/download.html, install it BUT DONT RUN IT! (aka open the main GUI interface) As it will conflict with iCue otherwise. Then Restart iCue and if the board is supported, iCue should show a motherboard icon.
  7. Try icue and install your standard board aura (obviously from your boards support site, hint: asus), DO NOT RUN AURA itself. Only install it! is the board recognised?
  8. GPU control has not been implemented (yet), never has been You're not supposed to open aura at all. it conflicts with iCue. You need to have it installed (so the lightingservice is installed) but NOT OPEN IT.
  9. 1st! That said, what future plans are there for the asus plugin? GPU control? My current GPU asus software is called "AURA RGB Lighting Control for Graphic card & XG-STATION" for a maximus XI formula, and hasn't been updated in AGES. The GPU itself is an Asus GTX 1080A As to the header, are there ARGB strips compatible with the RGB header you're talking about, on my MB. Available in the EU? As to the ARGB header, maybe release a corsaird branded ARGB strip, which can then be controlled through icue (perhaps requiring a usb connection of some sort to have iCue recognise it's a corsair ARGB strip.
  10. No ETA's. Probably going to focus on more ASUS stuff first (such as GPU control, ARGB headers...)
  11. your ARGB strips are behaving just as they should. ARGB headers currently are not supported AT ALL
  12. The strip doesn't work s because ARGB isn't supported AT ALL yet.
  13. No, pretty sure they'll focus on getting the existing asus integration perfected and stable first.
  14. this topic is about asus motherboard integration into iCue. Not about different RAM brand integrations. You're way beyond the scope of this topic. But no, it won't work. You'll need to use the G.Skill software or swap to corsair memory for it to be detected into iCue.
  15. Probably, though i'd rather see them getting the current implementation stable first and not needing to rely on having aura itself installed, but with native support
