  1. So I have 2 monitors, one is a 3440x1440 and the other one is a 2560x1440. I have purchased Corsair iCUE LS100 Smart Lighting Strip Starter Kit x2 Corsair iCUE LS100 Smart Lighting Strip Expansion Kit - 350mm x2 How would I get this working, or would I have to set it up as individual monitors? I would prefer to have them daisy chained, but I have no idea how it would work as the ultra wide would need 2x 450mm 2x 250mm and 2x 350mm just for the one monitor. Thanks for any help.
  2. iCue is constantly using 8% CPU at all times with the newest update.
  3. [ame] [/ame] There is the video.
  4. Works fine. Infact, they all work fine on a solid colour, as soon as I switch to any sort of effect (rainbow wave etc) fans 2 and 3 and 4 flickers I'll get a video up shortly, its probably easier for you to understand.
  5. Right, I get you now. So I just plugged 1, 2, 3, 4 with no issues however fan 5 and 6 tried separatly in port 4 (two spares) are flickering like a disco ball. So I remove fan 4, and fan 5 and 6 which are now 4 are still disco balling. What does this mean?
  6. All of the fans work perfectly in Port 1, though. No flickering or anything like that.
  7. Hi all. I have an issue with my LL 120 fans recently. I have a Commander Pro with 4 LL 120 RGB Fans and a full Hydro X setup that includes GPU, CPU and Res, these are all plugged into the Commander Pro. Whenever I have a "moving" lighting setup 3 of my 4 fans flicker, when all fans are on a solid colour there is no flicker. This only occurs on the LL 120 fans and doesn't happen on the Hydro setup. I have tried: - Reinstalling iCue (and deleting ProgramData/Corsair and AppData/Corsair - Resetting the Commander Pro using the reset pin on the device - Tried flickering fans in other ports on the Commander Pro (same issue) - Closing iCUE (the same happens) Weirdly, every fan works when plugged into FAN port 1 on the lighting controller, but none work on any other ports, unless port 1 has a fan plugged in then all other fans work too. Not sure if I have 3 faulty fans (doubtful), a faulty controller, or a fault Commander Pro, of if its software related. Any help is greatly appreciated, I really only want to RMA as a last resort as my cable management is really tidy and I'll have to rebuild my entire PC if I need to take fans or Commander Pro out.
  8. Is there any plans to add motherboards from different vendors, like Gigabyte Aorus?
  9. Had the Headset since release, always worked fine, was talking to friends last night fine. Today I can only get microphone working in wired mode, I don't want to use wired mode so must get the wireless microphone working. Tried changing dongle usb port, tried reinstalling drivers, tried forcing firmware update. Nothing works.
  10. Hi all. I am a little confused. I have the RTX 2080 TI below; https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N208TWF3-11GC#kf I have followed the Corsair Hydro X Configurator which recommended the XG7 Waterblock, that is compatible with my GPU. After purchasing, and the block arriving the XG7 doesn't actually support this GPU as the thermal pads are in the wrong location and the fan header blocks the block from contacting parts of the block, the screws do line up, though. https://imgur.com/a/RiBAzYj Can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong or is the Corsair website incorrect? I'm worried that I won't be able to return the block to the retailer I purchased from (OCUK) because I have opened the packaging. Really frustrating. I believe the compatibility list is incorrect for this block.
  11. This just doesn't work anymore. I have everything to do with corsair disabled in hwinfo, however whenever hwinfo opens iCUE Commander pro performance tab just disappears.
  12. When I go to Commander pro, the performance tab is there for a few seconds, soon as i click on it it disapears. I really need to control the speeds of my fans, how can I overcome this? I read this was once fixed, but now its broken again!
  13. How is this a fix? A fix would be rolling back to the previous update, because at least you can use the hardware you spent money on. Your fix is literally just disabling all the parts. Which begs the question, why do we need to use this software if we're disabling lighting? lol.
