solved, installed icue 4 instead of 5...

Hello, I've been using the hs80 wireless for a few months now. Yesterday I formatted my pc and downloaded ICUE. Since then, the headset does not show on the icue, only the dongle does, and the dongle is flashing red constantly, or it just turns off. I tried repairing the wireless receiver in the icue app, but it won't let me press the "Start Process" button. However, the headset does work, its just not as functional is it's supposed to be.

I purchased my mouse through amazon. Where do I see my warranty thing?

hey, so recently I've been experiencing issues with the scroll button of my mouse. (mouse3) the scrolling works perfectly but when I click on it, for example, click on a video on youtube it should open that video in a new tab, or when I click on a tab it should close. but it just doesn't work. sometimes I have to press very hard and it works, but most of the time doesn't work at all. went on mouse test site https://www.onlinemictest.com/mouse-test/ and it shows that when I click on it it just doesn't detect it, meaning the button doesn't work. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey, I've had this mouse for over half a year now, and i try every once in a while to use the sniper button. I remember that at the first time i used it when I pressed on the sniper button the lights became yellow and my dpi was slower while i was pressing the button. it stopped working a day after. Anybody has any idea how to make it work? Thanks in advance.
