  1. At some point, my LS100 stopped appearing in iCUE. It still turns on and follows the Lighting Link settings I made for the system, but I can't find it in the Devices menu. I wrote this behavior off for a while, but recently I had to hook up my backup system, and I noticed that the LS100 appeared in iCUE on that machine! So clearly it's not an issue with the unit or the cabling connecting the device, but something in the installation of iCUE itself. I have used the Repair function, which is what the Corsair website recommends, to no avail. What's the next step to get control back of this device?
  2. I solved my problem by disconnecting the errant pieces, reconnecting them in a different order, then putting them back how I wanted them. Works now, all good.
  3. I have four QX fans connected to my Link System Hub. When I first connected them, they were found by the System Hub and I could control them. I have been regularly updating the iCue system. After a recent module update, I could no longer see them in iCue. They are spinning, so they are still powered, but are not lit up, they do not appear in the Home screen, and the Link System Hub Wizard does not find them. The LEDs do turn on when the computer restarts. They are in their "Hardware Settings" mode until iCue starts and the lights turn off. I tried uninstalling and re-installing iCue with no change. I tried uninstalling the QX Fan module. After I restarted the computer, iCue re-installed the QX module, so on some level, iCue knows they are there, but I cannot control them. What do?
  4. On my build, I have a lot of LEDs. Most of them are from Corsair, but some of them are from random internet vendors that sold something I liked the looks of. And on those RGB LED products, I've found that the blue LEDs fail first...and fail a lot. In my build, I have an RGB graphic card support bracket and an RGB motherboard connector. The blue LEDs on both of them have gone out, and so all the colors are off. Teal is green, purple is magenta, and so on. Corsair products are not immune to this either. My ST100 is now the same way. I'm not sure what it is, but blue LEDs are just not as robust as the rest of them. Anybody else have this problem?

  6. That was unhelpful. I know how to set up my iCUE profile. I don't need a bot to explain to me how to do it. This isn't an iCUE misconfiguration, this is some sort of hardware/software issue. Should I open a ticket for human interaction?
  7. My LL fans no longer sync correctly with iCUE or each other. I have a Color Shift Lighting Link enabled on most of my devices, including the fans, but only fan #1 in the RGB Hub is shifting correctly. The rest are random colors. Most of the RGB lights are one consistent color, but not all of them. When I restart the computer, the colors change around, but they are still random. The RGB Hub is connected to a Lighting Node Pro, which is connected via USB to a Commander. I've tried replacing the RGB Hub, replacing the RGB Hub and the Lighting Node Pro, and switching the USB port on the Commander that the LNP is connected to, but no difference. I don't think this has been happening since I installed iCUE 4.x, but it wasn't happening before I did. All What's going on here?
  8. My Virtuoso SE can't maintain a charge. I've tried plugging it in with different cords and different sockets for hours at a time, and it won't stay on for longer than a few seconds. I've tried higher voltage connections, like wall sockets and fast charge USB. They work better but not enough. When I plug it in, the light next to the USB slow blinks red and never changes. The USB mode does not work when plugged in, and the Wireless mode only works for a few seconds. When unplugged, iCue reads the power levels of the battery as "Critical". I was having no problems with the headset before this issue, with no noticeable decay in charged time. I am currently using it by plugging in the USB and utilizing the mini jack, which is not optimal. Please advise, thanks.
  9. I like the magnets/adhesive solution for the LS100. I've had problems migrating Corsair products because of the adhesives, and I was concerned about the adhesives that would be used on this one, as I have plans to upgrade my monitors before long. However, I like that I can attach and detach the light strips without damaging them. But when that great day of upgrading comes, I'll need more of these metal plates to connect my new monitor. Is there anywhere I can order more?
  10. I'd like to look at the current Hydro X product line, but there's no catalog of parts available currently that I can find. Everything just leads to the configurator, which is useful, but not what I'm looking for. Am I missing something? Also, do the RGB Hydro X parts have USB connections? Is the RGB wiring chainable, like the RGB strips, or are they dead ends? hplovescats

  13. I have an ST100, a USB Void headset, and another set of studio headphones at my desk. I have had the Void and the studio headphones running through the ST100, but yesterday I was unable to play anything through the ST100. It wasn't that I wasn't getting any audio. Programs like Spotify or VLC would throw an error and would not play when the audio was routed through the ST100. I tested the Void and the headphones on other paths through the PC, and they worked. The ST100 is lit up and looks fine, and the Sound Control Panel recognizes the device, but playing anything through it is a non-starter. I've tried unplugging it, restarting the PC, and checking for new iCue versions or new ST100 firmware. No dice. Right now it's just a hunk of metal with some very pretty lights on it. How can I get the additional functionality back?
