As title, I haven't bothered with the software for some time. I set up lighting some time ago, saved it, and never ran the software again. I've reinstalled the software, and I can no longer see a way to save lighting effects without running the actual software. In fact it seems more bare than ever?! Where have all the profile/lighting options gone? I shouldn't really be having to search the net for how to do something so simple... https://ibb.co/yBVPbPw

Bump... I keep losing my caps lock lights etc too, have to flick the BIOS switch to get them back. Really getting annoying. I paid for an RGB keyboard that I can't set fancy profiles on, and also having to flick switches to have it working properly regards basic functions.

As title, I was running iCUE probably a few versions older. All was well. I updated to the very latest version yesterday and since then, whenever I boot up my K70 LUX RGB is not lit, nor is it shown in iCUE. I have tried restsrting ICUE, doesn't help. The only way I can get it recognised is to flip the BIOS switch from one side (4) to the other (1), then the keyboard shows up and lights up. Any details about this issue on the forum anywhere? Damn...That's pretty disappointing. I've been considering the K70 LUX RGB.

I'd like to know if I can somehow exchange my RAM here through corsair directly? I bought it through amazon, but I don't want to risk an exchange there in case I just receive another random faulty set... My RAM is (16gb) two sticks of (8gb) CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R and it will not work with XMP enabled.
