  1. Two separate but related issues - a) On regular basis my saved Dashboard is turned off - regardless whether I customized it or just left default layout -> iCue just decides to turn off all the modules. -only recourse is to click the 3 square-plus symbol in upper right menu area, select modules I want shown and click apply to turn back on again (*note- this happens even if I don't customize anything, just click to turn on all modules except Intel UHD graphics and touch nothing, all default layout and position. This happens every few days to couple times per week. b) Related to above, if I do customize my layout - such as position of the modules and what order I wish CPU cores to be shown, etc - same as above it turns off all modules from displaying plus resets my custom layout to default when I turn it back on manually as above. This happened and still does with 3 different versions of 5.x I've used (just came back to Corsair so no idea about prior versions). Using latest update from June and still same issue. iCue set to start on Windows boot and I don't touch it other than to try and look at Dashboard. Fortunately, it does not lose my custom fan curves, external temp sensor setup, etc. Just disables all Dashboard modules + resets and custom layout. Googled and found old post from this forum - crazy as it sounds the suggestion the user gave so far for last few weeks has worked for me. But it is a major hassle. e.g. as the partial fix suggestion states, I need to remember to never shut down or sleep my computer before I manually close iCue and exit the tray icon app from running. So far for past few weeks when I manually exit before sleep/shutdown, have avoided the bug (versus last few months of like clockwork every few days it would reset) - but I forget sometimes and sure enough the issue comes back.
