  1. Quite frankly i would ditch the wheels, i did a long time ago after the same thing happened, they are flimsy and crap. Amazon, get some heavy duty office castor chair wheels. https://www.amazon.co.uk/WINTEX-Satisfaction-Guarantee-replacement-replaceable/dp/B017DIQL0O/ref=sr_1_11?dchild=1&keywords=gaming+chair+wheels&qid=1593095452&sr=8-11
  2. Before it went to the Binman i thought i would do a fix for others to follow. 1 - Grab an old silicone sealer tube the type you use in a sealer gun, this is roughly the same size as the chair base but slightly smaller. 2 - Place the tube inside of the chair base until flush with bottom and mark with a pen. 3 - Remove and cut were you marked, Please don't be a wally and make sure it is a used tube and the plunger is past you're cut mark is lol. If not waist some more :sunglasse 4 - Once you have you're peace of tube take a sharp knife and cut down 1!! side of the tube along the full length. 5 - Place inside of the base and using you're fingers to hold it in place slide it over the gas lift pushing down firmly. Job done you're chair gas lift is now fixed and at the correct height it should have been. Ps - You prob need a block of wood and a heavy hammer to knock out the gas lift from the base. Now time to swap bases back over
  3. Same problem, Bought this middle of last year, When i first assembled it the gas lift was about an inch from the floor but at the time i still thought this wasn't quite right but hey i just went with it and used it. Over time the gas lift has sank even further into the base and is now scraping the floor (marking my flooring). But unfortunately i can't find the receipt so now i'm furious. The quality of this chairs gas lift and base is just mind boggling stupid, Who ever designed this with theses tolerances needs flogging. Why on earth would you have a gas lift chair and sit it this low in the base. Luckily i kept my old chair and it just so happens the base plate is the same so binned the corsair junk and used my old one. Seems like this is a common problem, Just a shame corsair aren't coming out and admitting it.
