  1. In the previous software (called Corsair Link) the necessary standardized synchronization mutexes were implemented that allowed Corsair Link to work with all major third-party monitoring software, such as AIDA64, CPU-Z, HWiNFO, HWMonitor, SIV, etc. But suddenly those mutexes were stopped using and the collisions were allowed to occur, and they continue to happen. Most of the users that included me (and it is my opinion) do not understand the reason why we cannot use Icue and another third-party program when we like them both and we believe we need both programs, especially when it seems that the Corsair has a solution in hand, implementing again what it had in the past. Maybe things are not as easy as they seem, but from the point of view of users who spend thousands of euros on their equipment with effort it is frustrating to find these difficulties apparently not very difficult to solve. *I hope you understand my point of view, exposed as I said before, a little from the frustration. Thank you
  2. Well, first of all, hello everyone. *The reason for this post is to know if there is someone who can explain to me why Icue is not compatible with other monitoring software, in my case I am referring to AIDA64, it cannot be that I have a lot of corsair hardware (500d RGB se, h115i, 4x8 vengueance rgb pro 3600, HX1000i, 6x LL120, commander pro ... etc), all this works quite well with exceptions such as updating the firmware of the A11 H115I platinum, but what makes me angry is that when opening aida64 e At the same time, none work well, the fans show them at 20,000 RPM, the temperature of the AIO with more degrees than the surface of the sun, in summary and after reading the support forums of corsair and aida64 I see that they are two programs used by thousands of users and corsair should accept compatibility with aida64, for the sake of thousands of users, especially when I read through the forums that were previously compatible, so I would like to ask corsair to take it into consideration, or if they are already works in it and it is possible to let us know. Thank you
  3. I thought that the c-12 would be for another system, for usb no problem, the commander pro solves that, thanks for the answer
  4. Hello everyone, I have purchased an HX1000i and I have doubts about c-link 12c and c-link usb cables, is it necessary to connect both or with the usb is it enough? and in case you have to connect the c-link 12c where it connects? I have a 500D RGB, with comander pro and an asus rog strix x570 e gaming. Thank you
  5. y ya se sabe algo sobre el nuevo riser de corsair? será solo cable o también traerá soporte? o para que fecha esta estimada su salida? gracias
  6. I had thought about it but I don't know if that fan's air is already hot, I explain, when the vertical position needs more cold air, it is when it is heavier, but at that time the source should also have a high load and so much more temperature, you could still upload a screen of your setup, thanks
  7. I have acquired a 500d, and my idea is to put the 3 front and rear fans by introducing air, a 280mm Hydro Series 115i RGB Platinum at the top removing air, but I also want to put the graph in a vertical position and here I have 2 doubts, In the 500d slots, the GPU would not be very close to the tempered glass and it would not be better to acquire some type of support to put the GPU further away from the tempered glass in addition to reinforcing the support of the GPU and not having only one support point . On the other hand, I wanted to put a fan in the lower part by putting air between the front and the cover of the power supply and create a positive pressure inside with 5 fans of 120 introducing air and 2 of 140 taking it out, but I don't know if the hole at the bottom of the box it is enough for a fan to blow air, if someone has it, they could tell if it works. Thank you very much and I hope I explained myself well.
