I've had the exact same issue but with a Gigabyte motherboard. My Vengence RGB Pro look similar to this image (from another Corsair topic on the same issue) except that both of them are dark and the left one just has the top and bottom LEDs as solid red. I tried the troubleshooting tips on this and the other threads and nothing worked. I had submitted a ticket to Corsair support but they were unable to help me and stopped responding to my ticket altogether. Can you think of anything that you did around when they started working again? This seems to be a pretty common issue with the RGB Pro and since the official support channels are refusing to help, if I can't find a solution on the forums I'll just ask for an RMA.

I have the same issue. Brand new RGB Pro ram isn't working properly with my GA-Z270X-DESIGNARE motherboard. I get the same visual as @alelelelx does, with the top and bottom LED in the leftmost RAM just solid red and everything else is off. There's no option anywhere in my BIOS to do anything with a "SM-Bus". I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling/updating/closing Corsair's (and others) software and firmware but none of that worked at all. I've contacted Corsair support about it but they were unable to fix the issue and have since stopped responding to the ticket. Did anyone have any luck solving the issue, or should I ask for an RMA?
