Hi. For what it's worth, I had this exact same problem with that same NZXT hub. I returned it and got a new one and it works great. -
Have you gone through the process of unhiding the WindowsApps folder? I haven't tried this myself with iCUE profiles, but once you do this you should be able to get to the exe just like any other file. From this site: Hope that helps!
