  1. every time i hit the number "one"(can't press it) on my keyboard now, the tabbed page i'm viewing refreshes. this is becoming increasingly annoying since this last update. i start to type messages, just like THIS very message, into a thread and BOOM. hit "one" and page refreshes. now i have to use notepad to type then copy/paste. tired of having to delete profiles, delete library, delete actions, every time this software updates. crashing bugs, high CPU bugs, can't hit certain keys on corsair keyboard bugs. seems every software update introduces some new bug. fix one thing, break two others.
  2. similar things happen to many many BIG companies. look at microsofts updates that cause mass problems(file deletions, security problems, read the news), apple with iOS updates, etc etc etc. if you follow your rule of "never buying again", then prepare yourself to pretty much never buy from any company ever again, because they have all had things that happen. have a nice day.
  3. same issues here. just un-installed newest and re-installed the 3.18.77 from a link on previous page and all is good again. i noticed the crazy system slowdowns mainly when i was downloading fast/large files, or even running a speed test. this really made no sense to me since it was internet/network usage. however, anytime my net usage was high, the mouse started becoming unresponsive for several seconds over and over. went through a lot of wasted time messing with NIC drivers, video card drivers, etc, and in the end it was iCue. after i saw this thread, uninstalled iCue, rebooted to no iCue installed, all was fine. installed 3.18.77, all is good.
  4. simple, super easy solution... add o rings. after i bought my K95 i wanted to make the keys a little quieter and bought a set of those keyboard o rings many people use and they work great. for the space bar i put just one in the middle where the actual switch is, and two on the left/right stabilizer parts. no matter where i push my space bar, the entire thing lowers together instead of leaning to one side or the other, like yours does.
  5. for those of you who use windows and "sleep mode" like i do when not using my computer, this is the very easy solution to restart the corsair service after turning your computer back on from sleep. it's as simple as creating a task in task scheduler to restart the service after waking up from sleep. i posted it in another thread, here is the copy/paste
  6. i made a very simple basic task in windows task scheduler, trigger at log on of any user (for when it wakes up from sleep), action - start a program "net" argument "stop CorsairService" i have the service set to restart on failures, so it just restarts after it stops
