  1. I've also got this issue. I'm currently using a Commander Pro and an RGB Hub connected to two LL120 Fans. Both fans pretty much do what they want - either one doesn't light up and the other sticks to a colour - or they both eventually update their colour only to have sections still stuck. I've replaced the commander pro with the lightning pro and no change. I purchased a new rgb hub and mostly no change - when i unplug and plug things in to this hub they work for a while, but then get stuck on lights after a restart or change of modes. I've tried swapping out a 3rd fan. This works more often than the two fans i have in my system - but again it eventually gets stuck. I've uninstalled LINK and iCUE, then reinstalled just iCUE. I've restarted the services as suggested. My firmware is up to date on the commander pro, and iCUE software is up to date. -- Only thing i can reduce from all this is that the software is garbage. They originally were working fine when i got them. But after a few firmware updates / iCUE updates released this year they became like this. I dont think returning the fans/hubs for a replacement will do anything - its got to be the software. Is this just a case of waiting for more updates to fix it? Or should RGB fans just be ditched? Its a shame as i purchased the RGB RAM and RGB CPU Cooler and both these colour perfectly fine - but the look of the case is rubbish when you have 2 rgb fans which need to be turned off.
  2. So i've got 2 LL120 fans, linked in to an 8 bay RGB hub that then goes in to the first light channel in my commander pro. The commander pro also controls the 2 fans themselves. For the first 6 months having my setup the lights were working perfect (almost). Sometimes they would change their colour, but it would eventually come back. I control my lighting through the iCue software. Since the last few firmware updates though its all gone crazy. The 2nd fan lights don't even come on, and the 1st fan lights pretty much do what they want. If i set to rainbow it goes super quick, if i set to static colour then most are that colour, but some of the lights flash a different colour. It'll regularly change to do something else. Same goes for the hardware lighting. I've unplugged the rgb connectors, and put them in different slots - and then both lights do come on and look normal (one is stuck on rainbow, the other is static) - but i can't control them. I've shoved a pin in the commander pro to try reset it, but that did nothing. Is this just a current firmware issue that i have to wait out? I've seen so many reports of issues with these lights - but most are from last year.
