Welp, I'm down for any suggestions of what you think it could be

Sound also sounds very muffled

I'm playing with wired USB right now and it's super quiet

So I did that and got the 8 channel back. The sound is STILL SUPER SUPER QUIET. I don't know if this is some kind of bad joke, but how can someone sell a product like this.

Also, it is only letting my use 2 channel, 24 bit, 48000Hz. Isn't is suppose to be 8 channel? It's super annoying on how quiet the headset is

Hello, I've tried everything under the sun to try to improve the loudness of the headset. The volume of it is just extremely low even on the loudest settings. Maxed out, the audio bar just jumps to about 50%. Please help!!!
