  1. I've had the Harpoon for about a year, and I only just started having this issue after the latest iCue software update. The lighting sync settings were working fine before that, even when letting the mouse "sleep" in wireless mode. The Harpoon is fine, it's the software that needs a fix.
  2. when I first filed a support ticket, they gave me the older firmware as a .zip. But you're right, there should be a library where you can download it independent of iCue
  3. Ditto, after support told me to rollback and re-pair the mouse and dongle, I haven't experienced anything as far as phantom clicks.
  4. I did say I've only had it a month. I'm positive it's a software issue because a hardware problem would show more regularly. Even unplugging the USB cable after charging made the driver crash Windows at one point. That may be unrelated, but it still points to software trouble.
  5. Are you listening to me? I wager not. The sporadic nature of the issue makes me thing it isn't hardware related. You're obsessed with the switches. I'm not voiding the warranty on my mouse without proof from you.
  6. Still, what is the word from Corsair on this? Still, where is the feedback from others who swapped switches? Still, still, still.
  7. it happens less for me when my harpoon is plugged in for charging. that doesn't sound like a switch issue. in any case doesn't this warrant a recall?
  8. Okay, how does that help here? Is it definitely a switch issue or not? I want to hear from other users that switching the switches fixed the problem.
  9. I'm still having the issue, and it's intermittent. Like some days i'll go without encountering it, other days it only happens when I click-and-drag (like highlighting text). I've only had the mouse a month, I'd hate to think it was a hardware fault.
