No 3pin CPU fan header on y H170i Elite LCD AIO

This wire does not exist on my pump. The only thing coming off of it is a USB header connecter and the connector for the commander console -
Coming off my pump are only two connectors - one for the commander core and one for usb header. No CPU fan header cable. Is this correct? The usb connector replaces that now?
