  1. Not to sound rude, you could try reading a few posts up...
  2. @Corsair Nick my issue has been resolved with the latest update. iCUESetup_4.22.203_release.msi I did an in-place update to the software, no reboot. Screen changed and I have the option 'Screen Setup'. Also note the software 'Check for updates' did not work. I went to the website and downloaded the install package.
  3. Many of us are still waiting however it sounds like Corsair are also opening tickets for folks and having them ship their kits back in.
  4. @Corsair Nick is the solution now to RMA the LCD screen? I purchased the upgrade kit on Thu, Mar 10 direct from the Corsair website, the part shipped from Taiwan. It has not allowed me to customize the screen via iCue since installation. Should I too request an RMA or wait for new drivers?
  5. Just wanted to report that I am also impacted by this. I recently upgraded to an iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler. Previous version of iCUE software installed and it prompted me to update to which I did. No issues with iCUE or the H150i, so I decided to purchase the upgrade kit direct from Corsair. It shipped from Taiwan and was installed this week. I followed the install guide from a Corsair YouTube instructional video and everything went great. During the initial install, I forgot my motherboard had two USB headers and was utilizing the splitter, since then I am connected to two different headers. With the splitter and direct to USB header, I receive the infamous red dorito. Upon immediate power supply switch-on to my PC, I received the red dorito, and no option in iCUE to perform screen customization. I tried to force a firmware update on the H150i and that did not resolve the issue. Even went as far as to connect the original LED header to see if there was an updates available in iCUE. Specs: i9 9900KF Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 5 - latest firmware F15 32GB Corsair RAM Windows 11 Corsair iCUE software: v.4.21.173 Liquid Cooler: v.2.6.201 I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, have not gone as far as others as to remove registry entries, appdata etc. That's a bit excessive and I'm patient enough to wait for a driver/firmware update. While it is rather disappointing to spend $100 on something that doesn't fully work, the option to refund is always there. Anyway here's to hoping this upcoming update fixes things for a lot of folks!
  6. Great patch! Thanks for the diligent efforts to resolve the issues many of us reported. I did my own testing and can confirm a lot of the issues that I personally saw are now resolved!
  7. Uninstall everything, run CCleaner Registry Scan (Free software), let it scan for issues and correct them. Likely some old registry entries that need to be nuked.
  8. If you encounter any problems getting an older version to detect your hardware after rolling back, doing the whole uninstall/reinstall process. Try running CCleaner Registry Fixer as that worked in my case. I went from 3.19 to 3.18 and couldn't get 3.18 to detect my hardware and it would often crash out. Ran the registry fixer/cleaner and that did the trick!
  9. So I installed iCUESetup_3.18.77_release and it does not detect any of my Corsair devices, then immediately crashes. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, same thing. I have a H115i Pro and it really sucks not being able to make any changes to it.
  10. New member here, I can confirm as well there are major problems present with the latest version of iCue. I had forgotten it recently updated and also did a few other updates to my machine soon after, thinking those other updates caused problems. I decided to wipe my drive and start with a fresh install of Windows 10. I ran Unigine Valley benchmark soon after the fresh install was ready and my frame rate was back up where it should be. The moment I installed Corsair iCUE - yeah.... check out the results below. Unigine Valley Benchmark 1.0 (With Corsair iCUE 3.19) FPS: 37.8 Score: 1582 Min FPS: 11.7 Max FPS: 126.6 Unigine Valley Benchmark 1.0 (No Corsair iCUE installed) FPS: 174.2 Score: 7289 Min FPS: 32.7 Max FPS: 282.7 I noticed immediate stuttering in GTA5 after 3.19 was installed, as well as other games like ArmA 3. I have not tested 3.18 yet - its pretty dumb to not offer previous software version download links - c'mon Corsair...that's not nice. Anyway, just another person here to confirm the software is bad.
