  1. Water temp according to Corsair is 35C-39C. Room temp is about 26C (Las Vegas)
  2. 5900X 3080 Ventus MSI Crosshair VIII Hero 32GB Dominator 3600mhz 360 Radiator X 60 (thic) Both CPU and GPU water cooled and with one radiator my temps are in game: CPU 60C-65C GPU 55C 3 fans on radiator are Noctua running at 1100 rpm 3 fans as intake bottom are silentwings running at 900rpm 3 QL fans on the side for intake running at 1000rpm System is very quiet and cools plenty. No need for more radiators from my experience.
  3. So I followed the advice of many people on here in adding an NZXT hub. For me that did not resolve anything. Icue freezes, my game stutters, colors disappear, Icue restarts, colors come back and then I can resume playing. Unfortunately I now have additional issues, after installing the USB hub my games will actually crash after Icue stops working, all my other USB devices render useless like mouse, keyboard. MY pc is virtually unusable for playing games, which is the whole reason I build it. I can browse the web and that's about it. $4000 spend and all these corsair parts to make it all sync nicely has been the biggest mistake of my pc building career. Corsair will not help and I'm at a loss for words...
  4. SO I live in CA, temps are around 90+ outside, I have no AC and my room gets up to about 87-88. Unable to play any games on my pc. Icue restarts every 5 seconds due to my fans ramping up, drawing more power from the commander pro and eventually the pc is now crashing. I have a 850 corsair power supply so that's not the issue. The commander pro is not designed to handle this much power going through it, that's why corsair is not able to fix this. You do indeed need to use an additional usb hub to mitigate this. Thank you for looking into this corsair...not really...this was complete ignored and it saddens me.
  5. Typical to blame instead of finding a solution. So many people have this issue and this is what they respond? Amazing...they do not want to do any work or trouble shoot. This issue happens to me every single day, I have a very nice system and there is no issue with my USB controller, the issue is with the commander pro but corsair doesn't want to take responsibility. Truly a shame that you got this answer. Corsair, read this board and come up with a solution please...we support you in buying your items, please support us in resolving issues with your hardware/software!
  6. After all this time, so many people chiming in, no response whatsoever by corsair, this is so disappointing. I invested so much money in the corsair eco system and every time I play a game I get this disconnect sound, my pc stutters, colors change before going back to normal. Not only is corsair silent about it, the community has identified the problem and is suggesting to buy a competing product called the NZXT USB hub. If I were Corsair and I read that NZXT solves an issue, I would make sure that I come up with either a firmware upgrade for the commander pro or update the Icue software to have this handled internally. I guess not having a fix is disappointing, but what's worse that after all this time Corsair has not addressed this, making their customer feel unappreciated.
  7. Still having the same issues, I tried everything at this point and it just keeps happening. Very disappointed I spend so much money in getting the corsair items when I should have just stuck with my deepcool 360 EX AIO. I spend $1000 in getting my system liquid cooled and to sync up all the colors in one program, only to have this happen with no resolution. The HYDRO X cooling isn't even that great either. Lesson learned...
  8. I do not use any monitoring software at all. I tried all the suggestions listed above and I still have the same issue. Corsair doesn't reply and I'm stuck having to deal with this on my own. It only happens during game play...so I have no idea why the commander pro would suffer receiving enough power. I played witcher 3 and rdr2 last couple nights and it always occurs, usb disconnect sound, colors go to rainbow, 5 seconds later goes back to normal color settings, my game stutters a bit during these 5 seconds and that's it. Super annoying but I guess it's not a priority for corsair to fix. I tried installing the NZXT USB hub but I really think it's ridiculous I have to use a competitors hardware to have this ICUE/Corsair issues resolved.
  9. Is this no longer being addressed? It's so frustrating to have your computer stutter after spending so much money on all the components due to a commander pro not having sufficient power? I tried this weekend to install an additional NZXT USB hub but it was a nightmare, nothing was working properly afterwards so I removed it and still having the same issues. Please corsair reply on this so I know it's being worked on.
  10. Apologize for not understanding. So the community in general has conveyed that plugging the Commander Pro into a NZXT USB Hub which is then connected to the motherboard will resolve this random USB disconnecting? And as far as I can tell Corsair Support has not reacted to this?
  11. So the commander pro doesn't have enough power for the connections? What does the NZXT hub provide? I had one in my system earlier but it was bulky and I believe I still had issues. Can corsair elaborate? Do we need to buy a competitor USB hub to make the commander pro working?
  12. Also using lightning node core and commander pro with 3 QL120 fans.
  13. My current setup: Lian Li 011 Dynamic Razer Edition Asus Crosshair X570 Hero Wifi AMD 3900X Asus 2080 Ti Strix Corsair RGB Pro 3600 Mhz 32GB All water cooled with Corsair Hydro X open loop components. I have been having this issue for months now. During games my Icue will chime, all RGB controlled through the software will revert to rainbow setting for a few seconds then revert back to my current profile. While this is happening my games will stutter a bit, extremely annoying and so far no solution. Have contacted support on this and that was absolutely useless. They gave me suggestions that had nothing to do with my problem. Hoping to get some insight from the forums. Thank you
  14. Did you ever find a solution? I'm having major issues with the latest ICUE. During any and all games when my temps are rising Icue will flicker off, chime new device found and restart. Sometimes making all my razer peripherals seize working...last a few seconds and then it's back to normal. This happens a lot during DOOM eternal where the water temp will rise a lot (Full hydro x open loop) and it will keep flickering on and off for minutes and even sometime crash completely and restart the system...I can't even play a game these days.
  15. Icue keeps restarting, lights are all over the place. One minute they are on, the next they turn off. My system has become so unstable during game play. I'm in metro exodus and hear the pc in the background opening and closing icue, switching lights on rainbow and making my game eventually crash. This latest update was horrible. Please fix this
