Hello everyone. Yesterday i bought the Corsair VOID USB Dolby 7.1. I plugged it to my computer, installed the CUE and at my first call at Skype, i realised that no one could listen to me. After some experimentation with the settings (Microsoft + CUE), nothing changed. After a restart the microphone didn't work at all + the mute button never worked. I started searching online for the problem and found out this thread. After reading and trying the EqualizerAPO, nothing seemed to change. Today i was ready to send my headset back to the store i got it. So i uninstalled CUE and was ready to pack it, but i wanted to give it a last try. So i plugged it in once again WITHOUT the CUE and everything worked perfectly. Everyone can hear my crystal clear now even when the microphone isn't in front of my mouth. I don't know what the real problem is here, but uninstalling CUE fixed it for me. I hope Corsair will notice there is something wrong with the VOID series and get it fixed. Hope this helps.
