  1. Thanks for highlighting that this worked. I've just downgraded to this firmware and so far, it seems better. This situation has really turned my opinion on Corsair, whom of which I have historically been a fan of. I was considering purchasing one of their high end keyboards but I'm going to pass now. I never even heard back from their support team on a ticket I submitted 10 days ago :( I run a global service desk, I would think some KPI is tanking right now. This is no way to treat customers.
  2. Registered just to say I'm having this same issue. Harpoon RGB Wireless currently running firmware 1.9.85, dongle firmware 1.7.58 ICUE is on 3.29.110 I use this mouse on both my personal gaming computer and my work computer. Its gotten to the point where it's unusable. I raised a support ticket last week and haven't heard peep from them. I'm about to throw this POS mouse away and move away from Corsair.
