I'm also on iCue 3.28.70 and I'm getting the same update fireware error

Anyone else seeing this? It seems after disconnecting between wireless and wired, my computer thinks my headset is a new device? I don't have four headsets! Anyone know how to get rid of this?

I've spotted a couple issues which I'm not sure can be fixed due to the functionality of windows 10. Firstly, there are two times this issue occurs: 1) When switching from USB to Wireless (or visa Versa). 2) When the headset auto turns off (maybe this is just me, if I'm deep into a game and 10 minutes pass without me moving my head much, the headset assumes I'm AFK and switches off). What happens when either of the above occurs is Windows 10 assumes you've lost sound briefly. This causes discord and any game I'm playing (tested so far with overwatch/destiny2/minion masters) to stop working. I've noticed this issue before in discord on another headset when I switched to Dolby atmos. It seems that whatever discord registered on initial startup, if that's changed, then discord just stops working altogether and you need to restart the software. The same happens during a game. Sound will just stop altogether and in most cases, I need to fully reboot my PC to get sound back. The simple fix so far is to make sure I don't switch between USB / Wireless unless I'm out of discord or a game. The other fix is to turn off the 'auto switch-off' function or increase the timer to 60+ mins and remember to switch the headset to 'USB mode' when I've finished so it doesn't stay powered on and drain the battery. These aren't major issues, but it can be frustrating at times.

Yes tested out of the menu's. Unfortunately I can't seem to pin point exactly when it happens. It seems my sound goes much quieter in the main menu whent he game starts up. So start up the game (sound normal level) - Game loads with main menu (sound goes around 50% quieter). From then, the sound seems to fluctual randomly during a game, with the majority being quiet sound. Sometimes the sound crackles and I have to restart the game. A few people mentioned the same with Apex but I've not had that issue. Only seems to occur in Overwatch. I've been playing Destiny 2 recently and the sound is absolutely fine during the game!

OMG thank god I'm not the only one with this issue. This has been driving me nuts. I would be in the middle of an Overwatch competitive match and my sound will lower randomly! I'm sure some people will be like "just turn up the volume when that happens".. yes you can, but not only am I pretty sure the quality of the sound is lowered when this happens, if you turn up your speakers to accomodate the lower volume, you just get your ears blasted off a second later. I'm pretty dissapointed with this headset so far.. This issue and the fact the default EQ sounds terrible :( Really hope they find a fix for this asap

Hi guys, I have a VOID headset but recently changed this and now have my sound going through the ST100 (but I think this issue still applies to both). I've created a custom EQ profile for FPS gaming in my "CSGO" lighting profile which has settings for my keyboard, mouse and mousepad. The issue is, if I switch my profile to another one eg: "PUBG" I have to re-create the custom EQ profile. With actions for example, you're able to copy them and re-use them in other profiles but it doesn't seem to be the case with EQ profiles? I think most people using CUE will have at least 10+ lighting profiles they will use so to add a new EQ profile (which is exactly the same) to each of these is quite a pain. Is there a way around this?

Hello Krazy!, I'm a huge fan and use a bunch of your profiles for Lol. Anyway, would it be possible to make a MGS5 profile? Maybe with a Red V in the middle and it slow flashing white behind? Also the W,A,S and D will need to be lit up. Make it anyway you want basically! I just an MGSV profile will be a very popular download! Thanks!
