It says the Installer has encountered an unexpected error installing thsi package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is [1]. Very frustrating. i have tried to d/l it again but no different.

your lucky u can get ICUE to install. ive tried it on 3 different computers and it still doesnt work. mine is stuck with 1 blue led on the top and a red on another stick. the other 2 have nothing at all anymore

hi all, i recently built a new comp with the rgb pro ram 4 sticks. 32 gig. it was working fine. cycling threw like everything else and then nothing. i have one stick with a bit of blue at the top and another with red at the top. i have tried to take them out and turned the power off but still nothing. i cant get the iCUE to install either to try a fix that way. has anyone else had this problem and whats the solution please thanks
