  1. Just saw JayzTwoCents video and remembered that I had posted this 3 months ago. I've had no problem with my setup for the 5 months that I have had it. Hopefully for the 3080 Series this GPU Water Block gets a third screw.
  2. Issue: If the tubing is applying a bit too much force on the manifold (where the ports are at) a leak might develop. Other GPU blocks in the market use 3 screws to hold the manifold whereas the XG7 uses only 2.   3. Update: My order was in fact forgotten, it was ready to ship out on 12/10 but they are still not sure what happened. They have offered Next Day Air to remedy the situation. We'll see what actually happens now...
  4. Steven, call again (whenever they are open) and if still they have not shipped the item and it is physically in their warehouse you should be able to get it cancelled. Ask to talk to a manager. It's ridiculous I know...
  5. Just called support and they said it might ship out next week. If I want to get a refund I have to wait for them to ship it out, have UPS deliver it to me, and then once UPS shows up I have to refuse the package.
  6. Hahah I just finished getting off the phone with Grace as well. I wanted to cancel my own order because they are taking too long. Apparently my only option is to refuse delivery whenever it shows up. GOD DAMN
  7. That's a poor excuse for a company such as Corsair. They need to communicate how long a shipment is going to take, not guess. I work in a warehouse that deals with shipping and we don't leave packages sitting for days to be picked up by a carrier (FedEX or UPS) unless it is Sunday. Volume may be low (80 individual orders per day) but we ship them out in a timely manner.
  8. Placed my order for a Hydro-X Series Custom Cooling on Saturday, received tracking number on Tuesday and today Thursday the order has still not left their warehouse. Contacted support to see if I can pay for upgraded shipment, nope nothing can be done once the shipment label is generated. If you plan on going through Corsair.com expect to wait. :mad:
