Has Corsair any solution for this problem of charging the headset ? The headset never charging to 100% ? Cheap or bad battery in the headset or software is not working ?

Same problem here. I ordened the headset yesterday. I installed iceu software + firmware updates for the headset. Plugged it in for charging and it only charge to 90%.
